Love this place. They are so helpful and friendly. They always are able to find the best rate for shipping and don't mind helping you repackage/tape your box if necessary to optimize for the shipping rate. Very easy to drop off pre-labeled UPS/Fedex packages and even drop off USPS packages (for $1) when you don't want to wait in line at the post office or can't make it during their open hours. read more

If you dislike going to the post office, FedEx or UPS as much as I do then this is your oasis in the desert. Updated Review: I was able to pick up my DHL package fairly easily. I called again after waiting for 10 minutes at a nearby place and someone picked up and said they were open. The shop seemed well-maintained and had necessary items for your mailing needs. This is my first time visiting this business so I'm unsure whether the late opening is a common occurrence, but I would hope not. Initial Review: Came here on a Saturday morning a little after supposed opening time, 11am. They aren't open. I called a couple times to see if the hours have changed. No response. I checked their website and hours and it says they should be open now. Hopefully they respond somewhere or update their hours... read more

Warning: 1) They can't scan Fedex shipping barcodes electronically 2) They charge $1.25 for printing a shipping label... (would have printed the label at home if I knew this was the case but I thought they would be able to scan the barcode--refer to warning number 1) You are better off going to a real Fedex location. read more

Very good place to drop your packages. Whenever I need to return something from amazon I will most of the time drop it here... aI've never had any issues! The only annoying thing is there rarely is a parking spot, so double park and pray a meter ticketing person does not come or go with a second person to drop it for you. read more

I absolutely love the staff here! I've been to quite a few shipping centers since moving to NY 5 years ago, and this place is my favorite. They're very helpful, professional and courteous no matter what you're shipping. This place allows me to skip the horrors of the Post Office and I'm super thankful for that. I accidentally took a cab all the way here from Bushwick when I first moved to NY, because I needed to ship through various carriers (I didn't realize how far it was). Despite that, I was happy I did! They were so above and beyond helpful to me, when something complicated transpired with an international shipment while it was in transit. Since moving closer by, they have become my go-to one-stop shop for printing, shipping, etc. Definitely come here if you live in the neighborhood! read more

This place is great, and I feel really stupid I had never used it before. I had to send some important documents to Europe, and typically just go to a FedEx dropoff point to do this. Since the situation was urgent, I was very disorganized and forgot to print a bunch of things that I needed to send. The lady at the counter was super helpful and let me use one of the public computers to print my stuff for free. Afterwards, she even helped me shop around for the most cost-effective alternative. She was incredibly nice and helpful, and saved me over 20 dollars! Will definitely start using this shop for my carrier shipping needs. read more
