Run very efficiently and staffed by nice people. But don't go here to print one black and white sheet of paper -- it will cost you over $5! For one piece of paper! They charge an "email fee" of over $2. A shame because they are close to my home and I do like the people there. Just go to a PrintWithMe kiosk nearby instead. It's less than half the price and there are several in the area. Edit: I appreciate the reply, respect your hard work, and will continue to visit for package drop off, but my frustration is over a simple printed piece of basic paper and not something that requires extensive labor or time or high quality materials. There is no need for something that basic to cost over $5. As other reviews have noted, charging $2.25 simply to open an email (to open the document I'm already being charged over $2 to get printed) is just comical, no? The owner is so rude and screams at customers when the store loses people's packages. None of the employees follow any of the same rules and you'll get a different answer for any question that you ask depending on who you ask. Horrible business. read more

I have only used this UPS Store for Amazon returns. I don't have to box or wrap my items up. They do it all for me, free of charge. All I have to do is show a bar code. They're located in my neighborhood and run by a really great staff of people. Good stuff! read more

I like this location. Sometimes there's a queue but then the manager quickly opens up the side window (came about during COVID I believe) and those of us here for a simple return can be finished in a few short minutes. Inside the actual store is tiny and can get filled with boxes pretty fast which leads me to a request. Dear furry pet parents. Can you not bring them inside? Sincerely Your Phobic Friend. I have only used this store to pick up packages or to return through UPS using labels they print. The store is always busy! The staff is friendly, even when the line is out the door. Regina and the others who work there are always professional, courteous and try and get you in and out as quickly as possible. I can't speak to the other reviews about printing, etc because I've never used them for those services. But my experiences here have always been great! read more

I walked in to return some Amazon packages and I felt like I walked into a human machine of fast efficient workers who handled customers, phone calls and in store purchases with ease. Only downside, I was charged for the cashier printing out a label and he didn't tell me this in advance. This is the closest UPS store to me and since covid, I've needed some things shipped/returned. Normally, I would take it to a UPS store in the city near work but that's not happening these days. The line can be long at times due to social distancing and the fact that it's small but if you're just dropping off, you don't have to wait, and they give you a receipt. The service has been good--no problems or issues come to mind. I definitely recommend this UPS location. read more

I've only used this location twice to mail off some packages so I'm not the greatest barometer for regular service here. Both of my instances have been pretty far apart in time as well, so the staff at both of my visits might not have been the same. That being said, I have no real complaints. The staff was as courteous as to be expected and at my last visit efforts were made to social distance and provide separation to protect the employees as well as the customers. I will say that the barrier installed to divide the employees from customers seemed to be plastic wrap. I would challenge UPS management to spend the money to really ensure that their staff remains healthy... Just a thought... The location was pretty busy when I arrived as was expected with the increase in package delivery. I was there a little bit longer than I needed to be as I was in the wrong line. But even then, people were socially distanced which was good to see. Once I got to the register my items were processed smoothly. All in all, a pretty efficient location for UPS needs. Surprisingly this little location was very busy. But they were definitely exercising social distancing despite the line being very long. They even had a table outside of people to prepare their packages before entering, one at a time period they were very helpful with my indecisive BF when it came to his package. Sure, the line is longer and it moves a little slower depending when you get here (usually busy all day long and wait time is maybe 15 mins?) it is a seamless process. Pick up is outside and if you're returning something, email signs are outside so you can send to printer and handle payment inside. $2.75 to print a return label and additional $1 fee for USPS drop off FYI. read more

I went to this UPS store and had something shipped through a barcode that Amazon sent me that the UPS store packages and ships the item. I dropped it off there and got a reciept with a tracking number. Then I waited weeks for Amazon to issue my refund. I never got the refund so I tracked the package to see what happened to it. According to the tracking only a label has been created. So I called the UPS store. They explained to me that they don't use that tracking number for the package.They take all the Amazon packages for that day and put them together and ship them either at the end of the day or the next day in a big box to Amazon. So what they are telling me is I don't have the tracking number they claim they shipped my package in. I talked to Amazon they said they never received the package and I will not be getting my refund. I called the main UPS number and complained. And they weren't very helpful. Draw your own conclusions from this story. But it sounds like to me that this UPS store either steals or loses Amazon packages. read more

Reading the good reviews I can only suspect they have changed staff: I went there a week ago to drop off a large packet: the elderly lady said she is not sure whether the driver would take it...(???) Asked for insurance she said she is not signing anything (which would be required for insurance)... She then said I should use DHL, since UPS is not good for International Shipping..??? She had never heard of Parcel Monkey ... Today I dropped off a small package containing part of a telescope mount (no electrical parts): the younger lady immediately said: this is HazMat, we do not accept it.... I explained it was only part of a telescope tripod and finally the manager came and okayed it. In short: these 2 ladies are impolite and what's worse: completely incompetent! never again this store with these 2 ladies! This store is disorganized, the customer service is non-existent, and they ripoff their customers. I've been frustrated with this store for months since they always have trouble locating my packages when I come to pick them up, but today was the final straw. I came in to print a single B&W sheet of paper and was charged $3 despite there being a sign stating copies are 22 cents per page. They insisted that the higher cost was for "computer use" even though I didn't use their computer but simply forwarded what needed to be printed to their store email. When I complained about the price being too high, the employee ringing me up became defensive, made a scene and even followed me out of the store to continue ranting after I left. She hurled accusations at me about posting about them on social media, which I am doing now due to her suggestion ;-), told me to never come back and said I was "acting so privileged." I won't be back there if I can help it. And FWIW Fedex charges 68 cents to print a single sheet of paper. read more

She's organized and does not have any interest in messing around. Her employees seem to respect her and do a good job as well. I don't like to write reviews and have only done so one other time and this seems like minor thing but it has really gotten to me. I went there to make copies, 15 to be precise. The copy machine in the front is busted and looks like it has been for quite some time. So, in order to make copies there you have to email them to the store. Ok, fair enough. After I did that, my copies came out ok, The price was a little higher than I had wanted but not by much. I could see the copy price on the screen, looked normal except there was another charge, for a little over $2. I asked what it was, she says an email fee. A computer email fee. A fee because they had to use their computer to print my copies. If she had said at first there is a fee I probably would have said no thanks. It's not a lot of money but with Everyone, everywhere trying to nickel and dime us all to death, every penny adds up. When I gave her the " you gotta be kidding me" look, she just shrugged her shoulders like she couldn't care less. Not really her fault, she was probably trained to screw people over like this, don't tell them there is a fee unless they ask. I will not be going back to this location or any other UPS store for copies, or for anything else out of principle if I can help it. I ordered a simple print job via their UPS website at around noon today: four pages, two black-and-white and two color (but I went ahead and just paid for full color). I received a notification that it was ready and went to the store to pick it up ... The guy finds the order and it's 1.) all in black-and-white and 2.) the images shrunk. Ugh. I was actually worried the images would print at the wrong size and included special instructions in my order to print "Actual Size" instead of the default setting and noted that the images should appear 3" x 3". I was pretty disappointed. He tried to print it out again and didn't succeed. I eventually get the PDFs emailed to me so I can email them to the store. He tells me I can pay to use the computer to pull up the files. I ask if I can just email it to the store like a normal print order, and he said I had to pay for that too. I said, "So you're telling me I have to pay to use the computer or basically pay for the order all over again to fix a mistake that you made?" Yes. The answer was yes. He said *he* didn't make the mistake, "they" did. I said I just want a refund for my original order that was incorrect. A lady, who I suspect is the owner, told me to come over to her and tell her what was going on. I told her. When I got to the part about the color pages not being in color, she said, "Yes, it's in color." I fumed. The original PDFs had images with violet, blue and MAGENTA. It's pretty easy to tell if they were in color or not (they were not). She clearly hadn't looked at the order and was just making claims. When I got angry, she told me to calm down and not bother her because she was helping another customer. Dude... you're the one who told me to talk to you why you were helping that customer!! She also said, "I don't have to give you a refund, you know?" Looking at other reviews on here, they seem to get away with screwing up and not giving refunds or fixing their mistakes. I admittedly left in a puff. I walked right to Lincoln Postal, printed out everything (in color and at the right size, using the same files) without a hitch in less than five minutes. read more

Went in for certified mail and was told they offer signature required packages. I decided on that service as I'm sending a time sensitive legal document. I check the tracking and the deliver person drops it off at the front door. The next available time I go in and explain my situation, they say it was my fault because I should have checked my receipt. There's 15 different bits of information on my receipt. If I come into a place with a specific request I expect that only request to be fulfilled. No refund. Only wanted me to try again and charge for the same service I thought I already paid for. It's a small space and the past two times I've visited, there's usually a line. The employees are nice, but slow. I was not greeted but was helped only after I spoke up. I'd recommend coming here only to drop pre-paid packages off for shipment-- I'd hate to imagine how long it would take for the staff to come and weigh and price everything, or really for anything else. I've had nothing but good experiences here. They're always crowded but the workers remain calm and courteous. They've let me print shipping labels from my email without charging for using the computer. People complaining with the negative reviews seem to have expectations that are too high IMO. read more

I've been going to this UPS store for a few years now. It's very small so it can get very tight during busy times however I have always received outstanding Customer Service and because of this I keep going back. Definitely much better service than the USPS on Atlantic Avenue. (Let's not even talk about that service) I will keep going as long as I get the best customer service.
