I had a very bad experience with this company. Sergio came and gave me a bid after raising his bid amount by $100 from what he gave me on the phone/ yelp message! I still accepted his bid. We shook hands. He told me he needs to bring his big truck and will be back the next day. The next day he did not show up. I kept trying to get a hold of him to just tell me if he can come or not but he would not tell me directly and gave me a run around. He cost me time and money because I had to move my construction trash out before the city give me a fine by hiring someone ASAP. He was very dishonest with me for not telling me that he is not going to do my job. I do Not recommend this company at all!! read more

The booking process was a nightmare for me. I was encouraged by the positive reviews here. I called and described what I needed hauled away and provided text pictures as requested. Communication was so slow. I was asking for an appointment the next day, which I was initially told was available, but then the appointment was never confirmed. I followed-up in the morning asking if today was okay or if tomorrow was needed, and I was told tomorrow worked. When I asked for a time, I was never given one. I booked with someone else. Then the next day, I receive a text that this person was on their way even though they never confirmed a time let alone took my address? I don't know why they are selective about booking jobs and actually following through. This place performs poorly in terms of communication and reliability. read more
