I had five bulky pieces of old furniture that needed to be hauled out ASAP, and all of it was upstairs. I called a couple days ahead for a quote and Ted helped me over the phone. He was friendly, easy to coordinate with, and made the scheduling simple. We scheduled an estimate window from 11 to 1, but the morning of, Zach called and said they were running ahead and asked if they could come at 9:45 instead. Luckily that worked for me, and I appreciated the communication. When Zach arrived, he was sociable, professional, and easy to work with. I showed him the pieces, he gave me the total right there, and payment was straightforward (cash or check). It was a three-person crew including Zach, and they moved fast. This was not an easy haul. They had to navigate tight upstairs hallways, tricky corners, and a narrow stairway with a railing, but they handled everything like pros. Nothing was damaged, no scraping walls, no dings, just efficient work. Also worth mentioning: I get a little anxious inviting strangers into my home for work, but I felt totally comfortable. They were respectful, focused, and in and out quickly, and I was genuinely relieved to have those items gone. Only note: I prefer clearer pricing upfront. I have used these guys 3 times. They answer the phone or return your call promptly. When I spoke with them, they were able to schedule my pick up very quickly. Two times they were able to come that day! I have had large pick ups ( remodeling waste) and a small pick up of one bulky item that CRR would not take. They are always friendly and quick. They sweep up and leave the area free from debris. . They text you when they are on their way. They have always been reliable for me. Zach arrived early when I requested a quote. I rarely make a decision without getting three or four quotes, but I appreciated Zach's professionalism and candor. He provided a fair quote and he immediately got to work, removing construction debris from our balcony and clearing our garage and side yard. I needed to get rid a refrigerator and did not want to wait for the local trash pick up as time was the essence. Called them and I was able to get a pick up the very next morning. 2 guys showed up with masks on due to the covid-19 pandemic and quickly hauled the refrigerator away. If I could give 6 stars I would. I am so happy to have all this space back. I sent an email them expecting a response in a day or so...they called and emailed me back almost immediately. They were able to come out same day to give me an in person quote. To my surprise, they were able to fit me into their schedule same day for pickup, which was a relief because I expected that I would have to wait weeks for this type of thing. I had a huge array of things...appliances (including a full size fridge), wood pallets, various chemicals, old fire extinguishers, fluorescent bulbs and ballasts, a huge pile of old carpet and carpet padding that was rained on and VERY gross, along with some VERY heavy items that were left behind by the previous homeowner, including a 300lb griddle that was stuck in the mud. I wish I had taken before pictures to show how much stuff there was, but by the time I thought of it, they were almost done! Just like in their other reviews, they absolutely went above and beyond and had great customer service, they even made sure to say hi to my dogs and be very friendly with them so the dogs would be more comfortable. I will absolutely be calling them back for another load of stuff once I'm able to clean out the old junk left behind in the garage rafters and such. 100% highly recommend. read more
