You want to know about the items in the house but you don't want your inspector to make such a big deal about little things that you feel bad about your new home purchase or get freaked out about something that is found in every home inspection. Home ownership is about knowing about the house from a good inspection and accepting that every home has a "honey-do-list". I sell about 50 houses a year and I use Kris very, very often because he's solid, knowledgeable and doesn't create issues where there doesn't need to be issues created.
