Eco whatever and Chris is a clown show. He needs to fade into the sunset, doesn't open till 12 doesn't answer his phone, gives you a secondary number to call that no one answers. Sold me a heater that did NOT work and would accept a return along with a long list of deductions that he would apply such as devalued or used product that is still brand new, credit card charges, AND he wants us to apply the credit to another one of his heaters. They have helped me in getting a 20 thousand gallon water tank + cover and a 6 gallon water tank + Liner and cover. This is a great business. Chris is devoted to the Eco Products business. We recently bought a brand new 30,000 Gallon Catchment Water Tank after we remodeled our house. It is really fabulous and Chris saw us through the whole thing. He Ordered the tank for us and had a nice knowledgeable tech named Mel come out and install everything for us. It has three filters and the best Catchment water in the world. Chris sent us pictures of everything and we were able to pick out what we wanted. It is a very deluxe set up and we couldn't be happier. We bought the one with all the bells and whistles. Before we bought this water tank we were buying all our supplies from Eco products Hawaii. We moved here in 2008 and needed to buy new liners and maintain our tanks. We used them for everything. Overall, we have always been very happy with all the work they do. They have excellent knowledge of water catchment tanks. They always come up with the best price also. The last thing to mention is that we got this incredible water pump from them. We were so happy that we bought two more. We bought one for each water tank. They sell the finest quality and you can get the best advice from them too. Their customer service is absolutely the best. I don't understand why somebody would give them a bad review. There are people who post bad reviews for kicks. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and offer a great service. read more

We got all our catchment tanks and products from Chris at Eco products Maui. I don't know why people give him a one star review. These must be hackers or bad people. He's a very good businessman and He knows a lot about catchment and Eco products. If I had to buy from somebody else, it would cost so much more. We were so impressed with Chris that we bought a 30,000 gallon tank when we remodeled. He ordered the tank for us and when it was time to install, it he had the installation man ready to go and he did an excellent job. if we didn't have Chris on this island, we would be paying a lot more. Wish I could give this business zero stars. I never dealt with more untrustworth and dishonest people in my life. I highly recommend you find anyone else or perhaps learn how to install whatever you need yourself. I haven't yet met Chris, but I thank him greatly. I'm about to have the first hot shower in a few days. The fires have cut off the electricity, and my water pumps didn't work. Chris, who is off island, has patiently talked me through the process to get my system running. A few days ago, when the power was still on, I had an issue due to my unfamiliarity with my new system. A technician called Das was at my house promptly, fixed the issue, and clearly described to me how to avoid the issue in the future. Water is a necessity, and Eco Products Maui is my water company.
