We have been long time clients of Mountain Slope Water having installed our first system over 20 years ago. It was time to do maintenance and check our Reverse Osmosis system. Darrell was the technician, and he was excellent: punctual, so courteous and professional wearing his mask and removing his shoes, and carefully examining our system. Because of its age, he showed me cracks and breaks in some of the cartridges and gently told me that we should consider a new replacement system. Darrell was kind in not wanting to appear he was "selling" something. Darrell carefully checked our water pressure, and planned to return the next day to install the new RO system which we felt was very reasonably priced. He said he would "build the system" at Mountain Slope the day before installing it, to make sure it was working well. Darrell gave us a courtesy call before he came, and was efficient and skillful, meticulously checking the system for any leaks, and assure it was functioning perfectly. Also he went over the entire system with me on how it worked and how to shut it off. He carefully reconnected it to our refrigerator so it could make ice with the purified water. All in all, we were very pleased with the quality of Mountain Slope's system and with Darrell. We would enthusiastically recommend this fine company to anyone needing a water purification system. read more

There are rules you have to pay before you fill your water. if you are getting the ultra water you can't rinse out your water jug into the drain, you have to use the other drains to empty out your water!! The Spanish lady basically gave me scoldings about rinsing out the water she told me I mentioned this to you before and I said no you didn't. I've been coming there before the local family took over this business and they never had rules like this. it's sad when your a customer and you have rules it's like going to someone's house it shouldnt be like that I'm the customer I' m paying for water. I'm helping there business stay alive. All of the other people that work there are really nice they are very welcoming. The older Spanish lady needs to chill out. read more

I have been a customer of mountain slope water for 10 years. I enjoy the product and up until about 4 months ago had nothing but positive to say about this company. Unfortunately it sold over a year ago and in the beginning it was also a good relationship. Now there are two young girls who basically run the place and are the nieces of the owner. They are rude and abusive and have absolutely no skill set when it comes to how to deal with customers. In my 39 years here on Maui I have never been treated with the level of disrespect that these two girls have shown. I have two teenagers of my own and understand when children are out of control and these two are. I would highly recommend that you find another source for water as this particular company most unfortunately does not have employees who are worth the potential abuse when you walk in the door. read more

Da bestest water company on the Island, I suggest the alkaline water is the best! Please update and fix the alkaline water dispenser outside the building, the dollar receiver never works properly and the quarter always just takes quarters never dispensers the water, Mahalo read more

I'm giving this place 1 star simply because the lack of customer service. The girls behind their desks are really rude, they don't even look at you when they approach the register SO I CAN PAY THEM FOR THE PRODUCT THEY OFFER. Sorry to bother you... The first couple of times I thought, welp, everyone has bad days, but it's been months and nothing has changed, they're always rude, and I'm over itClean drinking water is available everywhere, and I'll be taking my business to another company that can at least greet a paying customer with "hello". I'm changing my review! I was in a pinch and needed to grab water quick so I stopped back in here, prepared for the rudeness! BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Great service and nice staff. However, please either correct your hours of service or correct your employees. Your hours state open until a certain time (differ each day) but employees consistently close 10 mins earlier than stated time while open signs are STILL LIT and open flyer is still out and up... witnessed multiple customers being denied access to water at 5:45 when closing is 6 and doors are wide open. The place is a rip off. Do not buy supplies from here for ro units. Way overpriced, they ought to treat local customers better than to price gouge them. Owner is a liar, the girls up front don't know their products which is the owners fault. I bought supplies from them , plus water jugs and stands for years previously and to get priced gouged from them shows they have no appreciation for their customers. They do not deserve to stay in business. IE they sell used tanks for 85.00 no warranty and new ones for 140.00. U can get a new tank online for 36 to 55.00 with warranty. The most pure, best tasting water on the island with these guys. I got a Reverse Osmosis system installed by them for my house. That was the best decision I could have made. Now i have the same great tasting purified water and no more filling up bottles at the store. Unlimited purified water with the push of a button!
