I asked him what happened to the $110/hr rate & then he adjusted the amount down to $200. What a rip off. Also, he didn't balance the elongated properly ensuring front of toilet was held in place properly & so the toilet leaked again. Don't ever use these guys. They'll rip you off if you let them & tell you all the while that they have your best interests at heart...what a crock of kaka.
