With Monarch, one of the painters came to our house wearing his painting clothes -- he was working at a nearby house -- and gave me a detailed proposal. He clearly knew what he was talking about. That, plus the fact that his bid was competitive, led me to hire Monarch. I was not disappointed -- the Monarch crew is professional, efficient, and left our house sparkling.
