I got a call back from the damage department who told me that they can see that my trim came off in the blowers, but cannot approve my claim because they wash a lot of cars like mine and it never happened before. Even though they can clearly see on their cameras when the damage occured. Said it must've been a structural integrity problem smh. My car was undamaged prior to getting a wash and now I'm left with damages their car wash caused and admitted to it. I would not recommend getting your cars washed here.
