I recently left another local wash place for Bob and Kays because the price elsewhere was going up...again. I can say that the staff at Bob and Kay's are helpful but having nobody outside guiding u into the wash is a bit odd...though it works fairly well. The wash itself is maybe a tad below their competition but still gets the job done. The vacuums are also a bit weak and I think they need a little maintenance to get then sucking better again. I had to quit going to this car wash because of scratches and damage to my jeep. I have tried to stop payment ever since Aug but they keep charging me, I did everything I was supposed to by giving my passcode number and they will not stop charging. Now I have over $60 on my credit card,(the one I paid off and tried to stop), plus the interest rate of 22.9% in which I'm having to pay for all of these months. I've tried calling, I've sent email and nothing is being done. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to. Next step is to get a lawyer. read more

Honestly, I've always loved this place and can't really explain why. The set-up of this car wash is delightful and soothing to me--colorful, relaxing, almost meditative--and I can always count on friendly people and a mostly clean car (90%, at least). Definitely one of my top 2 choices in the area, providing a great value for the cost. read more

My late brother worked at Bob & Kay's on Gull Road in the 90's, so I suppose I have an affection for the business, either there or here. The Stadium Drive gas station is one of perhaps 5 stations in the area that tend to, more often than not, have the better prices for gas, and... I take two of our cars there to get washed. The monthly rate is a bargain and I have yet had any problems with the washes (no dings or scratches). I do miss the fish tank, though. read more

Is it the best car wash on Earth? No. But it's locally owned, the staff are normally friendly and helpful and the value of the monthly wash pass cannot be beaten. And gas prices are usually close to, if not the lowest in the area. Plus the car wash isn't bad, it's just not fantastic. read more

This is by far the best car wash I've ever been to. It's fast and does a great job. The blowers at the end are cool and do a great job. I got the $13 a month plan and go twice a week. It pays for itself and I get a lot of compliments on my car. The free vacuums are powerful and plentiful too. I would highly recommend this place. read more

Surprisingly this Shell station has some of the cheapest fuel prices in the area. Often times even cheaper than Costco.. Car wash is top notch. I'm always paranoid about auto washes scratching my paint, but it has never been an issue. Free vacuums. Go to station. Bob & Kay are doing it right. read more

I visited this car wash on 8/19/19. The blowers at the end that are supposed to dry your car were not moving up and down and not blowing. I went inside to tell the "kids" working there and one of them proceeded to tell me I was a liar because they were working. I could not believe they would talk to a customer in the way he did. I was trying to do them a favor and let them know it was not working properly. He even went out a looked at my car which had water all over it still. I ended up cancelling my car wash service. I will never do business with this station again. One very rude employee. read more

Usually a decent car wash. I don't recommend going later in the evening unless if you have a membership. They say they are open until 9 but I had to wait at the window for 10 minutes for no one to come up to me. read more

Excellent place foR your one stop needs!!! I.was impressed the first time I purchased a caR wash HERE being that my car is a 15 impala in JET BLACK!!!!-anyone who owns a black vehicle can understand what I mean. Everything shows especially light scratching and Marring in the EVER SO delicate paint from washing and drying!! mostly the towel drying I believe causes most of the marks but after getting my car washed here I was very pleased at the look of it and bought a monthly pass that is only $12.99 which pays for 2 washes and you can wash everyday if you want to which isn't recommended but twice a week is what I normally do and so it helps keep my car pretty clean and if you want to upgrade you can give them $2 at the window...Perfect, now if I could just get some tips on removing the Marring already there that's seen only in the sunlight that would be wonderful it really drives me nuts especially on a new car..... thanks in advance read more

Here's an update. After many visits and emails Bob & Kay's did pay for the damage done to our car. The Body Shop requested that we did not use automatic car washes any more. What a shame! They are so convenient! 11/23/15 We recently purchased a new vehicle and when we went through the car wash it damaged the entire right side of the car looking as though someone had keyed it. We drove it straight home after the wash where my husband noticed that the car had sustained major damage. We are very careful with our cars, where we park them, examining them, etc. We drove the car back to Bob & Kay's and the guy took a picture of the car and expressed his dismay. After that we went to a body shop where we got an estimate of $1,600 to repaint the vehicle. We have sent emails, dropped off the estimate, tried to talk to the owner of several occasions and there is no response. Since it has been three weeks and they refuse to respond it is clear that they have no intention to take responsibility for what their car wash did to our car. The body shop that they get people from this car wash "all the time". Needless to say, we will not be using this car wash again and I would advise you to do the same! read more
