I seriously cannot recommend Ecobel Med Spa enough!! I literally drive 3 hours just to get there (6 hours round trip), and I would do it over and over again. There are plenty of places closer to me, but when you find someone you trust, it's worth the drive. Eboni is AMAZING. From the moment you meet her, she makes you feel so comfortable. She's super down to earth, easy to talk to, and she explains everything so well. It honestly feels like you're hanging out with a friend instead of being at an appointment. My biggest fear was getting duck lips. I told her I wanted my lips to look natural, just fuller and more defined. She actually listened to everything I said, including all the things I didn't want. She gave me her honest opinion and never tried to talk me into doing more than what would look good on me. The pictures speak for themselves. My results are from 2 syringes over 2 separate appointments, and I am obsessed! My lips still look like my lips, just prettier, fuller, and more balanced. That's exactly what I wanted. I love that she doesn't have that "everyone gets the same lips" approach. She looks at your face and recommends what will look best for you. That made such a huge difference. She didn't just make me feel beautiful, she made me feel confident. If you've been thinking about getting lip filler but you're scared they're going to look fake or overdone, trust me... go see Eboni at Ecobel Med Spa. I promise you won't regret it. Do not make this mistake. You need to consult a qualified doctor and highly trained medical professional. I have never posted a review before, but I am currently experiencing serious issues with my balance and mobility, which make walking dangerous due to the constant fear of falling. Ecobel's management responded once after I politely requested a return phone call, but I am writing now because I believe they do not genuinely care. They dismiss my concerns, making me feel as though it's my problem and nothing more. I also contacted the doctor affiliated with this business multiple times, requesting a call back, but my messages have been ignored. I strongly advise others to think carefully before visiting this spa, as improper treatment can lead to prolonged recovery--sometimes taking 3 to 4 months to fully recover. Staff was amazing! Booked and went in after reading some reviews. Booked with Eboni... made it to the office where the front desk staff was very friendly. Met with Eboni and her assistant who were so personable and Eboni gave great recommendations that I ended up going with. The owner came in while they were prepping to greet me and she even gave some recommendations. She was very friendly too. Overall, I enjoyed my experience there. As I'm nearing 40 I thought I'd treat myself to a facial and stem cell micro-needling. In my opinion, Ecobel uses higher quality products compared to other spas that I've been to. Facial was done by Kristina who was very knowledgeable and gentle yet firm. My skin was glowing afterwards. Micro-needling was done by Kayla who was sweet and reassuring as it was my first time getting needled! It's been a week since and I am honestly seeing results. TERRIBLE SERVICE ! I should've known this was a terrible place when i saw the fillers and Botox they used was in Chinese and came from China. They do not even know what they are injected their clients with. I got an occlusion on my lips. I had to rush to a dermatologist office to get the fillers removed and melted. I spoke to the owner Le Yen and she was very rude about it. Made a smart comment about my race after i ask for a refund. She said of course I don't like dealing with your type of people. Arrived here on time, check in was easy, I booked a Facial, Underarm was and IV Hydration Treatment....was introduced to my esthetician Betty, she gave me my underarm wax first which was ok, then after started my facial. The facial felt rushed and not relaxing at all, felt like she was just slapping me in the face with products, probably one of the worst facials I ever had, I usually fall asleep during facials but not with her. As she was doing my facial I asked her about the products that she was using on my skin, the ingredients, she had no knowledge of the Ingredients in the products, smh. A few days later my face started breaking out. After the facial it was time for my IV Hydration Treatment, well I'm pretty sure the lady that was giving the IV was not a nurse or even licensed to administer that type of treatment. She couldn't even get the needle in my veins correctly, she tried for about 15 minutes and yes my azz set there like a dummy and let her continuously poke me with the needle moving it in and out of my arm trying to figure out how to get it going. I've had many Iv treatments from other places and have never had this happen. So after about 15 minutes she finally gave up and blamed it on the catheter saying it was defective. I'm I'm leaving a second review today! This was my second visit here, and as before it was excellent. Today what stood out was the check in service. Estelle was amazing. I was late as I was trapped behind an accident on the way in, and she made it seem like no big deal. My injector Ashley K was also running behind today, which was totally fine as she's amazing and takes her time to truly give you what you want, so when she's providing that same service to the person ahead of you, you can't be mad. Just wait your turn patiently and enjoy the peaceful ambiguity of the spa. Anyway, ms Estelle offered water and was very responsive and sweet the whole time. MICROBLADING REVIEW: Le Yen did my microblading touch up. I am SO particular bc my initial microblading was about 1.5 years ago by a Phi Brow Master (at the time only 32 masters in US). I found Ecobel from google and called Le Yen. She's been doing microblading since 1988 and does continuing education often! Due to her experience I went ahead and scheduled a consult. During the consult she pointed out slight differences in my arches and said she would fix that. I also told her the tattoos naturally faded and I needed them to be dark brown color, and she said no prob. She totally readjusted my arches for symmetry on both brows and I'm THRILLED!! I got Restylane injections for my undereye area with Eboni. She did an amazing job and was extremely precise. I had extremely bad blue/purple undereye circles paired with volume loss due to weight loss and I walked out looking so refreshed, and much more awake. I am extremely upset after my visit to Ecobel Med Spa. I called the spa last week to book a Groupon appointment for facial fillers and was told I should not buy the Groupon but instead should come in and let the doctor assess my face to see what type of filler I needed first. I was then told I would still receive the first syringe at the Groupon rate. That made sense, and I was happy to do that, as I have worked with Groupon before for my job and know that the seller typically only receives half of the purchase price on a Groupon. For me, I ended up getting Voluma, which was shown on Groupon for a full price of $600 and a Groupon price of $374 meaning Ecobel would have only received around $187 for my first syringe. This last week, I realized that at that rate, I actually should have paid $974 instead of the $1,199 I was charged. I called this morning and was told that the price for Voluma had gone up to $800 per syringe and that Groupon just hadn't updated yet. I was also told the Groupon price was $399, which is different from the $374 price that was active on Groupon through April 18 (see uploaded screenshot). I then asked about their website and the printed menu I was given after my visit last week. Voluma is not shown to be $800 on either, which is absolutely ridiculous. The woman on the phone said the correct price was going to be updated with the launch of a new website and a reprinting of the menus. If you have your price listed one way in three places, you should honor that price. That would have saved me $225. At a bare minimum, however, I should have received the Groupon price of $374 instead of $399. That's $25 down the drain. Although the staff were very kind and did a nice job, I will never return because of this bait and switch and recommend that you think twice about visiting. read more

Le Yen is so amazing. She is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. I went there for a consultation to address dark under eye circles. She spent at least 30 minutes explaining my options and encouraging me to look into why I had the circles in the first place (possible liver/kidney issues). I could not have been more impress with her!! The young lady at the front desk was also wonderful - I watched her handle one certain HIGH maintenance client with complete professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this spa! read more

Originally i wasnt going to write a review at all but now that I switched to a new DR I felt that I should. I came here to get lip fillers (Juvederm) and I used a groupon... the fact Ecobel had a groupon should have been a red flag to me but whatever. Anyways, this was my first time getting lip fillers. The NP (her name may have been Ashely?) said that she was going to numb my lips, so she put VERY LITTLE numbing cream on my lips but only left it on for 3 minutes, my lips weren't even numb yet. This is a huge problem because I felt the entire procedure 100%. And if you havent had fillers before, they hurts! She warned me that I could have SOME bruising... but I was already aware of that. She began to inject my lips and after she was done my top lip was AWFUL (TO SAY THE LEAST)! A massive hematoma had formed and my lip was a quarter of an inch thick and was instantly black and blue. I instantly HATED my face and I literally couldnt leave my house for 4-5 days because it looked THAT BAD. -My boyfriend was worried i had permanently ruined my face, my dad told me i looked scary. However... after 1 week the awful swelling and black/blue bruising finally went away and I did like the results (not to mention the bruising was also very noticeable under my nose for 4 days and looked like I had a mustache. UHG) -Also, the NP told me that my 'bruising' (aka massive black/blue bulging upper lip) was a common reaction. Which is a LIE. Bruising is one thing... being careless is another. SO, I waited a few months and finally went to a new Dr (Dr. Slater in Roswell) and he actually applied a generous amount of numbing cream and let me sit with it on for about 15 minutes. My lips and inside of my mouth was so numb I felt like I had already finished the procedure. I explained what happened to me at Ecobel and how worried I was because of my past experience. Regardless he did his magic and I left with not a SINGLE bruise! Not ONE! I had minimal swelling also! Which is crazy considering after leaving Ecobel my lips looked like I just lost an epic girl fight. Good luck... I wouldnt come back here. They have a groupon for a reason and if you are messing with your face just pay the extra money to so you can walk out the door feeling confident about your purchase. And btw, Dr.Slater only charges $525 per syringe of Juvederm (which is cheaper than a lot of places in Atlanta). read more

BEST FACIAL IVE EVER RECEIVED!! Giovanna was incredible. I was running a few minutes behind and they weren't rude at all about it, they got me in right away. She took care to see exactly what was wrong with my skin. I was honest that I don't know a great deal about facials and I just knew I wanted a microdermabrasion treatment. Not only did she help me understand what I want, but she also was super helpful in teaching me about what exactly would help my skin so I can continue taking care of it at home! She didn't care about telling me I need to return every few weeks like many spas do, she was really genuine and kind. I have never met such a dishonest person in my life, the receptionist lied to my face several times! I bought a groupon for radiesse last Aug, usually I go to peachtree dermatology for botox&fillers, but since the doctor here is asian I thought I should give it a try. I called ecobel for an appointment and the receptionist told me there's none available at the moment I have to wait for a month, I said fine so we set a date. Just one day before my appointment, I received a voicemail from the receptionist telling me they have to reschedule my appointment. that's fine, so I called back the next day to reschedule, told her I would be available any weekday. The receptionist then said she can either book me an appointment in November or after the doctor's "INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL", which was after new year. Since I had travel plans in Nov and not time for my touch up yet, 2017 seems like a good idea, but my groupon would be expired by then. The receptionist confirmed me several times that even if the groupon expired, they would still honor it (her word). And she would call me to schedule an appointment after the doctor's back to US. At the time she sounded really nice and I thought the spa is legit, I trusted her. BIG MISTAKE that takes us to now. I called ecobel this morning to see if the doctor is back, when I asked for an appointment the receptionist said she can book me on the day after tmrw. She sounded different so I thought she's new, I told her I have a groupon and I scheduled appointment last year but the doctor was on international travel so the spa said they would honor the groupon regardless of the expiration date. But then she told me the doctor never had an INTERNATIONAL TRIP, and she has no idea whom I spoke with but they would never promise to honor an expired coupon. When I asked if there's another receptionist she said she's the only one here for years. honestly I felt like I was in the twilight zone, so I thanked her and hung up the phone in a state of confusion. Only after hung up I realized, the receptionist I spoke with last year was the voice on the answering machine just now. I felt fooled and called ecobel again, this time I asked her to transfer me to the receptionist on the answering machine, she said that is she. I then asked does she remember saying "the doctor will travel internationally" and does she remember talking with me at least three times during the past months, big surprise, she suddenly remembered! I asked her why did she pretend to not know me and lie about "INTERNATIONAL TRIP", SHE LIED AGAIN, saying she didn't mean there's no international trip just that she wouldn't have promise to honor an expired groupon. And not recognizing me, the person she spoke with several times on a specific issue, is just her memory. Of course the memory all came back right after I confronted her with her bucket of lies. Also, the price they advertising on their official website is total FALSE, they listed $550 for radiesse, but the actual charge is $800. Isn't that illegal in some states? This has to be the most disgusting experience I ever had dealing with a med spa. I have no idea if the the owner knew her/his employee's behavior, but from the receptionist's confidence to have the owner call me, I guess they really don't mind scam a customer or two. Now I'm stuck with a nonrefundable $325 groupon but I rather throw it in the trash than talk to the liar receptionist again, can't trust a business with the habit of lying. read more

The moment I walked in, everyone had their back toward me at the front desk. It took them a minute or two to realize I was waiting to be checked in. I then had a facial and microdermabrasion with Betty. It was the most unrelaxing facial I have ever had. I could not feel the microdermabrasion and the facial not soothing at all. I love this med spa! The owner, Le Yen, is very kind, knowledgeable about skin, and she takes her time during treatment. Every time I come here I feel super relaxed after, and my skin glows. I highly recommend asking for a skin consult, so your facial can be customized for your concerns. During my last visit I purchased the YON KA skin care line for my skin type recommended by Le Yen, and I've loved the results, the products have nourished and hydrated my dry skin and helped with the redness I experience on my cheeks. Le Yen educated me on my skin and how to care for it with the products and I really appreciated the care I felt. In addition to skin care they also do botox and lip injections, the works. I recommend Ashley for all cosmetic procedures, she also takes her time, she's highly skilled, and she does a super natural job.
