I found this very disrespectful and embarrassing. As a regular customer with a membership, I should not be treated as if I can't be trusted to return or pay for my services. I also don't believe customers should be expected to leave an expensive personal item as collateral. This experience made me feel unwelcome and completely changed the way I view this business. I have contacted corporate and hope they address the situation appropriately. Customer service should be based on professionalism and respect, especially toward loyal customers.

It was just, "Ok, you can undress and lie right here." he didn't leave the room, shut the door, close the blinds, nothing. He just stood there and looked at me. Made me feel wildly uncomfortable. Then, he applied wax that was extremely too hot all the way down one side of my body from shoulder, down my back, all the way to the top of my leg before he stated applying the strips. Anybody who has watched even one youtube video on waxing knows that you apply wax to a small area, apply the strip and hold the skin taut with one hand, pull the strip and quickly place your hand on that area so that it doesn't hurt as bad. This guy just rip, rip, rip....all while I'm screaming bloody murder. So after that torture was over, little did I know he had much more in store for my butthole area. He put that super hot wax right on to it and I knew then I would never be going back to him. Fast forward to the trimming of the front. As I lay there on this table that was so small that my hands naturally fell off the edge of the table. This guy REPEATEDLY (and i don't know if this was intentional but it was multiple times) placed his junk directly on my hand as he was trimming my chest and stomach, which i didn't ask for to begin with. Then after that miserable, agonizing infliction of pain was over, he charged me $280 and then tapped the "tip screen" with his finger twice and said "here ya go" when it was time for me to pay. I wanted so bad to hit NO TIP. Now as i sit here and it's been about 10 hours, i am in so much pain. And my skin is so red and spotted with blood blisters b/c of the crappy job this guy did. If he does this to every customer, I'm surprised he's still in business. Maybe his massages are happy ending....i don't know but I'll never be back to find out. OH!! and there was penis pump on the sink vanity. Go figure that one out.

Kelly has been nothing but kind, compassionate, and patient with me and my concerns... and above all, she is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled. I came to her for a consultation, and she suggested I do a course of fotofacials followed by a mild chemical peel. I was irrationally scared about this (think, TV characters with bright red skin for comedic effect), but I am so glad I trusted her expertise because I am thrilled with the results. For the first time I can remember in years, my skin is completely blemish-free. My skin tone is even. My acne scars and fine lines have softened. My skin is tighter and glowing. By the account of that one family member who tells it like it is, I've shaved 5 or 10 years off my appearance (ha, she's right though). It is wonderful to be able to go out without a pound of makeup on my face. The change from just a few months before is drastic, and it's is remarkable to me that we could achieve these results without injectables, invasive procedures, etc. Thank you, Kelly! Ecobel's management responded once after I politely requested a return phone call, but I am writing now because I believe they do not genuinely care. They dismiss my concerns, making me feel as though it's my problem and nothing more. I also contacted the doctor affiliated with this business multiple times, requesting a call back, but my messages have been ignored. I strongly advise others to think carefully before visiting this spa, as improper treatment can lead to prolonged recovery--sometimes taking 3 to 4 months to fully recover. I hope you see this warning, as it is important to be cautious.

If you're thinking about getting fillers Go see MaryEllen right away! Your friends and family will tell you you dont need it (or need it yet) but they arent tuned into the subtleties of your facial structure and dont see how a little truly can go a long way. I am so happy that I didnt wait until I was much older like friends were saying I should. I didnt want to have to wait any longer to look refreshed so I went ahead and nervously yet with complete trust that I had chosen the right injector showed up to artisan beaute. First impression of the location itself - stunning beautiful decor, clean , welcoming staff. Then the fun part- MaryEllen looks at your face and for the first time in your life you have someone give an honest look at it (slightly intimidating but REFRESHING). Her suggestions were brilliant and showed off just how much of dedicated and intelligent injector she is. She is the perfect balance between scientist and artist, which is critical- and I'm sure hard to find in this world. So I feel lucky to have found her and you will too, look no further seriously! The improvements she made on my face are so subtle yet so dramatic. Subtle, In that I don't think my own mother would guess I had work done (but she would think I had been taking really good care of myself) and dramatic in the way that it improved my self image. The slightest bit injected strategically, removed several shadows from my face . I'm blown away! Less shadows= more softness, brightness and more opportunity to show off your beautiful features..you want light to reflect off of you not cast shadows!! I visited Artisan Beaute' for the first time and I had a pleasant experience with the practitioner, P.A. Dipsy. She was phenomenal! The medical spa itself had a classy and luxurious design. I am a proud 43 yr old asian woman and just started noticing some fine lines in my forehead and glabellar area which I believe the stress of working as a nurse the past couple of years and dealing with continuous high-stressed situations both on a professional level and a personal one has taken its toll on my skin. I truly appreciated how Dipsy listened to my concerns and offered helpful suggestions for improving the look and texture of my skin without feeling pressured like at a car sales lot. This was my first time getting an elective Botox injection and I was a bit apprehensive about it. I asked to try a smaller amount than usual to see how the injections felt and if I see any improvements before I proceed with more treatments. Dipsy made me feel comfortable, she explained the procedure with expectations clearly, and I barely felt the injections at all! A couple of days later I noticed some improvements - my understanding is that it will continue to improve. So with that said, I will definitely return and continue to get treatments for Dipsy and will follow her recommendations to continue to improve the look and feel of my skin. The only thing I did not like was when I checked out at the front desk, some blonde woman (not sure who she was) was standing behind the woman who checked me out and when she saw the amount that I was paying (not knowing the actual reason why) she gave an unpleasant looking scowl on her face and that did not make me feel comfortable! I have had appointments with Maryellen and Meg at this lovely med spa. Maryellen has a unique ability to enhance the beauty that is already there. It is really cool to see instant results. A naturally fresh and younger look within minutes! Maryellen expresses so much joy in her profession. She gives the gift of her innate artistic talent and extensive knowledge of anatomy with every treatment. I feel like I am the most important person in the world during the treatments with Maryellen. She makes sure that I know I am deserving of self care. My confidence soars every time I see her! I had an appointment with Maryellen yesterday for injectable fillers and it exceeded my expectations. The office is beautiful and inviting, which matches the demeanor of every staff member I encountered. Seriously, every single person was warm, kind, helpful and smiling. Maryellen was, by far, the most thorough and talented injector I have ever encountered. She made sure to fully explain every step of the treatment, made sure I was comfortable, and formulated a treatment that was individualized to my specific aesthetic goals. I thought I had the best injector in the past until I met Mary Ellen and saw the difference. I can't say enough wonderful things about Artisan Beaute. First and foremost, the office is curated to perfection. Every detail is gorgeous and it feels like a sanctuary as soon as you walk in the door. Part of that feeling is also because the staff is so warm and welcoming. I see Amiee for botox/dysport and Tracy for facial work and I HIGHLY recommend both of them. They're everything you could possibly want from someone who's putting needles and lasers near your face - detail oriented, patient, communicative, kind, knowledgable - I could go on for hours honestly. Horrible experience!! Was not greeted when my daughter & I walked in the door. The lady in the front gave us an ugly stare & continued to check out someone else. We even spoke to her she did not speak back. My daughter said the lady kept staring at her negatively & watched her every move which made her very uncomfortable. This lady was unpleasant dry & short like she did not want to help us. We felt ignored, unseen & racial profiled. She treated us differently from the others. Not one time did she acknowledge us, but acknowledged another young lady (Caucasian) that walked up after us. Everybody in the spa was looking at us inappropriately. I drive from Dahlonega to Buckhead (passing about 500 other med spas along the way) to see Maryellen! She is a master of her craft! She takes the time to explain what you need for best results, explain how she achieves the result and how to best take care of your skin on a daily basis. I can already see the results and her time she took to create a plan that was right for me. I can't recommend Artisan Beaute enough! I was very anxious about trying filler, but could not have had a better experience or been happier with the results. Amiee listened closely to my needs, provided her personal recommendations, and was incredibly patient and gentle throughout the entire process. The practice provided the resources I needed to ease my anxiety and plenty of numbing which made the filler a much more comfortable process. Amiee has such an amazing eye for symmetry and natural enhancements, and I was so pleased with the time she took to make the results perfect. Maryellen Bishop is one of the most talented injectors in Atlanta! I trust her completely with my face. I love how she guides me in deciding what is best for me as an individual. A little hard to find but once I got there everything was GREAT. Beautiful office and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and didn't suggest anything outrageous. Cost was competitive with other aesthetic centers. When I left I literally felt and looked years younger. I have had several laser treatments at Artisan and I highly recommend it. Professional staff that is not only attentive, but highly competent and mindful not to overdue it. The facilities are spotless and free paid available in the building. Don't gamble and go to another place. I had the misfortune of being victim to overly agressive lasers by a reputed dermatologist that left me with a scar. read more

I first met with Mandy Ramer who did my initial consultation. My skin was analyzed and we immediately got down to business to discuss a long term treatment plan balanced with some quick improvements (tox!). I found Mandy to be very knowledgeable, confident, and fun! She addressed every question, made recommendations, and put a plan together with me that was built uniquely for me. I appreciated that she didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. We chose full facial balancing with full facial tox for my immediate treatment and for my long term treatment plan, we selected a series of PRF treatments, microneedling, and moxi/BBL to address my skin texture and volume concerns. We also chatted how to level up my skincare game at home. A month after my appointment with Mandy, I had my first Moxi/BBL with Liz Shivley. She was wonderful and she turned me into a glow goddess after one session. I found her to be very attentive, knowledgeable, and she made the entire process relaxing. However, recently I learned Dermatology Consultants doesn't bill for preventative anymore. In the past annual melanoma skin exams were billed as preventative and $0 through insurance. This change alone doesn't warrant a bad rating - but the reason I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 stars is some of the staff still will still tell you that most insurance will bill $0 for one annual melanoma skin exam. Will be trying someplace else for preventative work - but still a fan of Dermatology Consultants. [Original Review] Scheduled a preventative 'Full Body Exam' of melanoma in April 2026, but was submitted to insurance as a typical office appointment 'Office O/p Est 30 Min'. This is incorrect - preventive is supposed to be $0 per federal regulations.
