I signed up for the massage and facial and it took around 2 hours and was pretty expensive but when I tell you it was worth every penny LISTEN it is! I will certainly recommend getting there 10-20 minutes early for parking because it's conjoined parking with other businesses in the area. The masseuse I had was super professional, calming, and did sooo good. The room was dark and a great temperature as well. Natural Body Spa & Shop is located on the 2nd floor. I was greeted by the front desk when I entered, and one of them helped me get started. She took me into the waiting area, where you can try the Peppermint tea! I highly recommend this! Very soothing before you enter the dimly-lit massage rooms. I sat for about 10 minutes before Sasha called for me because I arrived a bit early for my appointment. Sasha (Masseuse): Recommend. I actually fell asleep during the massage, which does not happen often! Great amount of pressure! Elika (Esthetician): Recommend. She used numerous products, so I am not sure what was what. I went to this spa with my mom for my birthday. I was excited to get my massage. The massage felt great and everything went well until the masseuse started asking me really uncomfortable questions. Out of nowhere she starts explaining how she thinks COVID is fake and is a international ploy for Ukraine to take over the world. She then explains she's from Romania and thinks Vladimir Putin is amazing. She said so many random things I started to get scared. She said she believes a German man owns every media outlet in the whole world. Keep in mind I asked her no questions and barely responded. I've never been so uncomfortable during a service. This place is absolutely awesome! The staff are very professional and friendly and Dorian Yaaaasssss!!!! His hands are heaven sent. This is my 3rd time coming to this location and every time I've had him! He never disappoints. When you first arrive you are greeted by someone who verifies your appointment and then takes you to a waiting room. Once in the waiting room you're offered a warm neck pillow (it's a MUST) and warm mint tea or a glass of cold refreshing water. They are extremely timely so please arrive about 5-10 min. earlier than scheduled. Once, your masseuse takes you go back, you have a brief consult and then let the relaxation begin. The ambience is soothing and the masseuse thorough! Again if you can, please ask for Dorian. He is AWESOME! Oh and they have a pineapple/ginger candle that is to die for! read more

I've passed a few of these stores but never thought to look into their massage options. Still on my search for Beekman 1802 products, it appeared Natural Body Spa and Shop sold them. While I was browsing their spa options, I thought it'd be nice to schedule a couples massage for me and my husband. The pricing didn't seem all that bad. The masseuse was attentive to helping me with my legs. I used to be a runner and I never stretch properly. I expected the massage to be painful but I felt better afterwards. For another time, I definitely want to take advantage of a more relaxing experiencing since the facilities here seem clean and organized. Only deducting 1 star because of front desk customer service. When we were shown to the lounge, they said we needed to fill out paperwork but they never handed us forms. I found the forms/clipboards and started filling them out. It appeared we were starting to get late for our time even though we showed up early. After filling out the forms, I walked over to the front desk and before I said anything, the receptionist barked at me that it's just going to be a moment longer. It just seemed really impolite and jarring. I'd still come back for the couples' massage. It's much better than the experience at Spa Sydell. read more

Massage was scheduled for 3:15 PM today, they called to cancel at 1:36 PM, for the following reason: ".....the therapist JUST read her notes for her appointments and he will need a Dr.'s note saying he can receive a massage." My husband had elbow surgery 2 weeks ago and I stated that in the note. Only that area needed to be avoided. Do better than offer a flat and insincere, "I'm sorry." I'm just floored at the nonchalant disposition of the staff member who called me. I would have thought that they would have had a manager or supervisor to call for a cancellation on such short notice. One prepared to offer some form of consolation, which still would have replaced the disappointment, but at least it would have made me fell like they were sincerely apologetic about cancelling last minute. I hate giving only three stars because everyone here was so friendly. I received a gift card for my birthday so I booked a 60min hot stone massage and a Brazilian wax (my first wax). When I arrived I filled out a new client form and waited for about 5-10 mins. It really wasn't bad. I was taken back for my wax first. She was so friendly and we had great conversation but it took literally an hour. It being my first wax I googled, a lot and felt reassured it wouldn't take more than 20mins. Boy was I surprised. I did ask at one point if she did a lot of waxes and she said no, she was certified but she did mostly facials. I also paid for a full Brazilian. When the front was finished she said okay all done and I had to speak up and say I thought I was getting a Brazilian, I was told, "oh yeah some people only want the front with a Brazilian". Then why wouldn't I get a bikini wax? No big deal, just felt taken back. She did a great job even though it took forever. When I got to my massage, 35 mins late I felt the massage therapist was annoyed and didn't speak much which is fine. The massage was okay, but I wouldn't say it went above and beyond any expectations. Why I will never use their services ever again, particularly the Snellville location. I received a $400 spa gift card 5 years ago. This card was accepted at several spas. I choose to try Natural Body and did not regret my decision. I enjoyed every bit of my full body massage experience. The first problem came when an attempt was made to transfer the remaining gift card balance to their system. I had to speak with management to explain why in every sense this was unacceptable!!!! I should not be obligated to use my gift card at their establishment. This issue was corrected. I even returned again later for a facial which was again awesome. Fast forward to Mother's Day 2018. With still a remaining balance on my gift card, my son went to Natural Body to purchase a gift card for $125. Along comes COVID 19. I attempted a few times to schedule appointments for my 17 year old daughter and myself as a high school graduation gift in 2020. Ever time I faced difficulty due to being short staffed. When Covid hit, service workers were accepting the $600 unemployment (+$300 extra) instead of going back to work. So here we are today. Friday, I asked my 19 y/o daughter would she like to get massages. I called to confirm balance on card prior to making an appointment and was devastated when told $35 due to $3/monthly dormancy fee. I informed them the back of my card state in some states, $2 dormancy fee may be applied. After requesting to speak with customer service, my call was returned by Snellville store stating corporate is allowing $50 dollars to be applied. I again requested to speak with customer service/corporate. My main issue was the number weren't adding up to decrease from $125 to $35. My next concern was, WHO WOULD CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN A DORMANCY FEE DURING COVID !!!! So, Barbara from Accounting/Corporate calls me and continue to add $50 as a courtesy, making my balance $85. I explained to Barbara this wasn't satisfactory. I inquired how the remaining balance came to be. Barbara stated their dormancy fee was $3/month. I corrected Barbara and informed her my card read $2/month and it does not indicate which states. Per Barbara's request, I emailed a picture of my card 12/10. I receive a call today from Barbara confirming receipt of my email. Barbara then goes on to state their dormancy fee has increased to $3/month. But, as a courtesy, they'll honor the $2/montf fee, which will take my remaining balance to $65. Then they'll allow half that amount $30 to be applied, to allow a total of $95. I asked what happened to the $50 additional that was being offered Friday. Barbara basically told me to take it or leave it. I choose to leave it. I would of simply warned everyone to not purchase gift cards through Natural Body. But these people are DIRTY!!! Amazing! I'm new to massages but this massage was so great. I was promptly attended to, offered a beverage, and a warm neck pillow. I had the 60 minute Natural Body massage with Dorian. I felt like every muscle or tension spot was attended to meticulously. The pressure level was great, not rough but not a soft massage. Dorian was attentive to the sore spots. I have tension in my shoulder blades and so he started there and spent plenty of time working on knots on both shoulders. I had the CBD oil massage by Desiree and a facial by Elika. The CBD oil massage was great it really does help with inflammation. The massage was lacked pressure but still pretty good. Elika was great! I struggle with facials due to having rosacea and having sensitive skin. We got right in, and the two women that took care of us, (my only regret is I did not get their names, I would love to have the same people when we go back, and we WILL return)these women were awesome. I had booked this appointment weeks and weeks in advance, mostly because I wanted to have Samantha (recommendations from the staff at their Chattanooga location) and I was going on a trip, but I was in dire need of a massage. I confirmed the appointment time when I booked and put it on my calendar, and received a call 2 days before (Friday appointment at 3pm). Oddly, at 1:45pm that day, I received a call asking where I was. Hmmmm. Not sure what happened and how, but they had moved me (?) to another time in the 2 days since confirming. Weird. I explained that somehow wires were crossed and I was 30 minutes away, but I could head that way if needed, but was told Sam would be busy - total confusion. She could see me at 3pm, my original time. Okay. I showed up and walked in and was handed a form to fill out (none of the locations have their systems tied together), so they walked to me a waiting area to fill it out while I waited. Shortly, Sam came to get me and we talked about her old friends from Tennessee and about my preferences for massages. Mostly, about my allergies. All of this data I had given when I called for the appointment, but none of it had been given to Sam. As for the massage, it was amazing and seriously deep tissue...just what I asked for. I never felt like I was skimped on time, Sam checked on me (and the level of pressure) throughout the massage to make sure it wasn't too much and by the end of the 75 minutes, I was a complete noodle. I would definitely come back and see Sam again. She knows how to give a proper deep tissue massage. I felt it the next day, but not in a bad way. The lack of star is for the screw up with my appointment - even though they honored my original time, it did cause some serious stress from the outset. Plus, the lack of communication of my allergies, which I went into great detail when I booked the appointment. Plus, with multiple locations around the city, I shouldn't need to fill out paperwork each time I go to a new location. They don't appear to be independent, so they need to link their systems. I don't know the details since I wasn't there but my wife indicated that she was not happy with her experience. she mentioned that she felt that the staff kept on trying to upsell upgrades and other services/products. she also mentioned something about her eye lashes being smothered (she had her lashes done recently).
