Well, before I got my kitchen sink fixed, I'd had a kitchen misstep that made a mess of the area rug in my kitchen. First world problems and all, I wanted it fixed but due to its size I was having a hard time finding someone to clean it. Per ushe, I turned to the Jelps and found Pro-Care. Working with Pro-Care was incredibly easy. They've turned on the Request-A-Quote feature, so I was able to give all my details, needs and wants within one platform. They messaged me back pretty quickly and gave me a fair quote. They have a money-back deal for first-time customers but my rug size didn't make me applicable. Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaning had one of the best prices and they were available on the day we needed them. They kept us updated with the service date via text and email, which was a great reminder during this busy time. They did an awesome job and were done in about an hour and a half. The thing I love about Oxi cleaners is they don't use foamy shampoos to clean the carpets. So the carpets are dry within about 30 to 45 minutes. This way you're not waiting around for hours for your carpet to dry. We've used other carpet cleaners In the past that do the deep cleaning with shampoo and yes, maybe the carpets do look a little cleaner, but not by much. They knew how to find me for payment but when told I'd be getting my receipt I haven't gotten it yet. The workers are nice and respectful and this place was referred by a friend. Wish I got another quote. This was too much of an inconvenience to get up early and wait for them to come and take off a day of work and have to call them myself to find out no workers were coming. I paid this out of my own pocket, insurance was not involved and this is what happened.
