I contacted Colie the owner and let him know what was happening and he stated he's been doing this for 10 years I then informed him just because he's been doing that for ten years doesn't make it right. I'm not sure if he's just trying to cut corners and save a buck or if this is just standard practice for him. If I had been aware of this I would have definitely gone with some one else. Juan, who runs the day to day projects, is genuinely one of the most helpful people we've dealt with in this whole ordeal. Even before we'd signed anything, he was already educating us on how remediation works in general, no strings attached. That's the kind of company this is: honest, unhurried but efficient, and actually invested in figuring out the root cause instead of just patching the surface. Nobody else could tell us why our humidity was running high. Their inspector did, and then found a fix for it even though it technically wasn't part of the remediation scope.
