It had been many years since it was last cleaned. All non brick areas were dirty and dingy. Green Goose crew (two guys) showed up right on time and went straight to work. The difference is amazing. All areas are once again bright white and shiny. Gutters look like when they were brand new. Also what I consider reasonable priced. Both guys were friendly. They even got out a ladder and checked out a brown spot on my dormer. Took a putty knife a scrapped it clean. Great service!

Prior to moving into my new home I wanted to get the carpets cleaned to handle pet odor and some staining. I chose 7 Pillars as I wanted to support a small, local business and I loved that their business name seemed to indicate they are Christian-owned. At the first appointment, 7 Pillars was on time and finished the job quicker than anticipated. The estimate was substantially higher than anticipated, though not unreasonable, as they charge extra for the solutions they use for stain removal and pet odor. Unfortunately, after the carpets dried, they didn't seem to be in much better shape than before they were cleaned. So I called the company and they offered to come back and redo it free of charge. The redo appointment was canceled the day of due to an issue with their equipment- fine, don't come back yet if we're going to have the same problem. When the appointment actually happened a couple of days later, the guy was late but worked hard to address the issues and totally re-did the rooms - I would've likely been fine with just spot cleaning! Did all of the spots come out? No. Do I fault the company for that? Not after seeing how hard the man tried to make things right and after doing some research on stains. This company's integrity is worthy to be lauded but don't expect them to work full miracles on your carpet if that's what may be needed. Know that it may be more expensive than their coupon indicates. Also know that in working with a small business, there can be challenges that are annoying to the customer but be patient and remember you're supporting real people here!

Luckily they do good employees. The employees took it to my basement and cleaned it. They told me I could put it back in 24 hours. I lifted the rug and the floor was moist. I think it was moist enough that it could have damaged my wood floors. I have tried twice to call them today and get an answering machine. If you have padding I think they're fine. I flipped the 11'x8' rug over to finish drying for day two. I'm glad I had a basement to clean it in and the carried it down to clean it. Your call.

It was stained along the main walking path, there was dirt from the last dog ground into it, and a weird black streak went up the entire tread. I thought I would have to replace it, but Sanipure was running a special, so I called them in a last-ditch effort to save my stairs. They were in and out in a flash and I am AMAZED by their services! The carpet isn't perfect, it was too far gone. But the color is almost totally even now and even that revolting black line is gone! I can see none of the old stains that were so visible before. I am shocked they managed to save these dingy stairs. The carpets smell great now too. They also did my basement, which was in much better shape. I didn't realize I had light beige carpet down there. It literally makes the space look brighter. I will definitely call them for hardwood floor services, once I manage to unpack and find the floors under all my junk!

They worked from the top down, vacuuming and wiping down all the exposed pipes, vent work, walls and exposed beams. Then used a wet vac to clean and scrub the floors and vacuum it up. I started with a very dusty basement that tracked dust through the house any time someone was down there, to a spic and span clean basement. They were also careful to work around some items that I wasn't able to move (treadmill and a network rack). Nothing was damaged despite using lots of water and the results were even greater than expected. Jim also worked me into his busy schedule so I didn't have to wait too long to get on their schedule. Highly recommend Jim and his team!
