Call Culligan you will get your calls answered, they do follow ups to make sure everything is fine and they have a service agreement in writing. You will call this company and not even get an answering service. The one time we reached someone no technician ever showed up. We were so desperate we were willing to pay and still no one ever showed up. I have Eczema and after 7 months of nothing from this company and suffering with hard water flowing through my home, we had to have Culligan take the system out, and our water feels amazing. Not even calling Hague helped us, and WE STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A SYSTEM WE NO LONGER HAVE. We had to do something the damage it was going to do to the plumbing in our home over time, and again it caused great discomfort to my skin. Call Culligan.

Fixes ranged from replacing media to cleaning injectors, yet the problems came back over time. It wasn't until CFWT came out did we learn that due to the high concentration of sulphur and low concentration of iron, we needed a different type of media in the filtration system than the one installed.
