Dave checked our system, found everything in working order, and gave my wife a couple helpful suggestions. When my wife asked how much we owed him, he said that we could pay him when he actually did some work! He did not charge us anything for his visit! Such honesty is hard to find nowadays. They didn't have any glitzy marketing materials like the other companies (who also knocked on my door) but that was easily overcome with a discussion about my needs and an impromptu estimate of the work/product I wanted to have done. What sold me on working with them was 1) very fair price 2) experience/knowledge 3) they show up to do the work themselves 4) great communication throughout the sales process (in English) 5) quick and assuring responses to every question and needs that I had. Their sales quote email was a lite on details but in the end I got a top notch install and equipment that looks well made. They showed up on time to do the job and got it done in a timely manner. During the install they were professional and didn't make me wonder if they knew what they were doing. We had them install the water softener tank, filtration tank, and salt box in the garage to protect the equipment. After the job was done the inside and outside of the house looked about as undisturbed as was possible. All I needed was a appointment for someone to come out and trouble shoot all my equipment and fix or replace what was needed. Simple and up front. Montana well drilling told me up front that it was $150.00 for a service call. OK, no problem. I did not flinch. ( maybe I was supposed to? ) I was asked by Montana well drilling to get all electrical fixed first. I did, no problem. Then I was asked to take photos of my equipment and text to Montana well drilling so they could see what equipment I had. OK, done no problem. I have the basic normal equipment. Long story short I was expecting a quick returned phone call for that appointment that never came. I called back and left a nice message, no call back. I texted a couple of times, no call or text back. This could have been good business, and a good future customer. But I was treated not good at all. So, I wanted to share this with all that are thinking about calling Montana well drilling. By the way. The company that came out quoted me $125.00 for a service call. When they completed the equipment check, AND water system check. They only charged me $50.00. And yes, they were professional and thorough.
