I'm a bit late writing this review, but to say I've been slacking this year is quite an understatement. I have my reasons...very good reasons, indeed. But I wanted to provide my 0.02 cents about this place so here goes: Friday, July 8, 2022, I was waiting on El Camino Real on San Bruno waiting to pick-up my friend at the airport and wanted to fill up on GA$ before I got the text to head to the terminal. I googled "cheap gas near me" and this one popped up as the cheapest. The average GA$ prices at that time were over $6.00 so $5.84 (5 cents cheaper if you pay with cash) was worth the 0.08 miles drive. It's located just off of Skyline Blvd. past 280 in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. There are 8 pumps with plenty of space to maneuver your vehicle. They sell your typical items you can get at any gas station/convenience store. It's also easy to get in and out from with limited traffic in the area. The next "cheapest GA$" on the list was $5.99 just a few blocks away on the same street on San Bruno Ave. As of today, their GA$ (unleaded) is listed as $5.34. Still not under the $5.00 threshold unlike Costco, but it's still "cheaper" compared to other gas stations within the same vicinity. Hope this review saves you a pretty penny. read more

They refused to serve me because I am disabled. Under ADA law gas station attendants are required to pump gas for disabled people who can't do it themselves, but these people would not. read more

Came here on a Wednesday morning and I was the only car there! This is my favorite and go-to gas station. It has great prices, is always clean, and is in a great location. This gas station is perfect for when you're heading to the South Bay and you need to stop for gas. My car uses premium gasoline and this gas station is by far the cheapest in my area. I use a debit card at the pump and they charge you the cash price if you use a debit card! The only draw back of this place is that it is not a 24hr gas station. read more

Price was very good forvthe past month. Only five cents higher than costco. Now thirty cents higher than costco making it worth the trip to the airport. Same price at econo gas as Kwik serve near 280.Not sure why. Maybe their supplier went way up. Wife was at Costco airport today and lines were large and it is a big facilty. Chevron near Rollingwood is approaching $6 a gallon and there are no uniformed men washing your windshield Or checking your oil. Econo Gas seems to have constant problems with paying at the pump forcing you to go inside. Not sure if this is by design. They do have free air , if you ask. read more

When taking the Cobra out for a Sunday drive to the beach, this is our place to fill up. The prices seem to be less than most places and it's conveniently located along the back highway. I've been here twice already and everytime the gas prices are cheaper than most stations around the area. Located on Highway 35. They have a small convenience store that sells pretty much everything you'll find in a gasoline station. Can be pretty busy on a weekend. Good to gas up here on your way to HMB, Pacifica, San Bruno. Had a total catastrophe here the other day- the ignition switch in my car gave out on me when I was gonna drive away. Long story short, I ended up stuck there, in front of the pump, for about two hours dealing with AAA and everything- and the guy working there was totally sweet about it! Tried to help me push it, no pressure to get out of the way, came out and checked on me a couple times and told me to just ignore anyone getting grumpy at me about. So awesome! My family has been going to this gas station since before I was born, and it is always the spot to go, but unfortunately tonight after my class I tried to put just $10 into my car and after the pump was finished and I turned on my car, I realized that literally no gas had been added. I had 12miles left going in and it remained at 12miles afterward. I tried to explain this to the man behind the counter and he tried to say that perhaps my gauge was messed up which I knew it wasnt. Gas station is fine. I would strongly suggest not using this place for repairs. I went there for an intermittent problem with my ignition. Now I don't know much about auto mechanics but I understand when something looks like a short. I figured it was some electronic switch connecting my ignition to the starter. The mechanic told me he can only try and diagnose it when it breaks down in front of him. I would rather him say "We only do oil changes here. We are not qualified for that kind of work". I took it to a real mechanic and sure as shit I was right. Guy knew it in 1m what it was. An electronic switch under my car that got corroded. $75 later I was done. read more

I'm a regular customer at this gas station and have always been happy getting my gas here. The reason for the 2 star is my experience at the gas pump #4 and with the clerk. I did my usual. Slid my card and lifted the the nozzle off it's holder. As I was about to put the nozzle into my gas tank, I looked at the gas counter. I didn't even have it in my tank yet and the counter was rolling! Charging my card! I was holding the nozzle dumbfounded by what was happening. I didn't depress the thing but it was charging me. I immediately placed the nozzle back on the holding station and went inside to address the problem. When I explained to the clerk what was happening, she looked at me as if I made it up. She pulled up my receipt and ask if this was mine. I said yes. And then instead of apologizing and assuring me she would take care of this bad pump, she asked if I wanted my $0.21 back. I'm shocked by her response and had no words but said yes. But seriously, I don't care about the $0.21. I wanted her to go out and look at the pump or at least put an out of order sign on it. Nothing. ...she just sat there. So people, watch the gas counter before you pump here! This happened on 5/24 at 5:55pm if management wants to look into this. read more
