Yesterday was one of the rudest experiences I have ever encountered here at this location. I usually come here often. This time my coworker and I were in a bit of a rush. We were waiting in line to redeem our scratchers (during our break) and so we were assisted by a short brown man named MACCOY. He on one of the side of his nose is a black mole. I remember his description because of how rude he is. He was assisting us with our winnings and purchases I had kind asked him if he could help us purchase more tickets. He gave me an attitude and said go to the next register. And so I did. Then I was waiting for my co worker to get his drink. I called over to my co worker (he was at the slushie machine) and I said Dan what's are you? Hurry up we're paying already! Then I can hear MACCOY yelling out loud multiple times "SASSY!, SASSY!, SASSY!" Which was very rude and uncalled for. Very unprofessional. It made me feel embarrassed because there were younger ladies (teens) next to me on the other register with Cashier names Sandy And they were looking at me. Like if I was being rude and "sassy" which I wasn't. This was very unacceptable and I will make sure this is brought up to the attention of corporate of 711. Also, how come MACCOY is not wearing a name tag but sandy was?? Aren't all employees suppose to wear name tags? Btw, sandy was very pleasant and sweet. Kind and helpful. Don't come here. Customer service sucks. Owner/male employee sucks. Don't tell us the parking lot is for customers only with a 10 minute time limit when your whole parking lot is full, but we're the only ones inside your store. We had such a great experience at a nearby 7-11 that we wanted to try their pizza again. Again, we find the area restaurants were closed. We walked into this store and was greeted by a friendly cashier. We noticed no pizza slices in the warm display case so we grabbed the raw whole cheese pizza in the fridge area and brought it to the clerk that popped it into their super fast oven. We feel we discovered a little secret with this freshly baked pizza. They have pepperoni pizza, too. This hot pizza is unbelievably good and appreciated at these late hours. After dinner, the roommate and I were still hungry. Decided to drop by 7-Eleven for a second dinner / snack. We stopped by on Sunday, March 4th around 8:15pm. We got two hot dogs. A 1/4 lb Big Bite Hot Dog: 560 cals ($1.99) and a Spicy Bite: 680 cals ($2.29). Make sure to top it off your way at the Condiment Bar. We topped our dogs with onions, relish, jalapenos, ketchup, and mustard. The ketchup and mustard were a little hard to get to as the pump on the containers was kind of sticky. They didn't want to pump. But the rest of the condiments were fine. I adore jalapenos, so I'm glad there was a good amount left. They also provide mayo and salsa if you want those on your dogs as well. Convenient if you're in the area. This location was good for a quick and easy snack. read more

One of the best 7-11s around. The largest 7-11 parking lot. Not only was it one of the largest, it was relatively empty too. Sis, BF, & I each made our own slurpee concoction. It's such a good deal to get the biggest one, but it is the hardest to finish. We could have shared one, but they didn't want all the back washing & everyone wanted their own flavors. We all got either the largest size or the second to the largest, & all of us had a hard time finishing it. We all had a Slurpee & taquitos for a snack, not the healthiest snack but it was satisfying. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! The older lady that works here, doesn't wear a uniform, not sure what she does there because she didn't want to help, just insult and yell. She is extremely rude and racist; making biased comments and assumptions. I was picking up a door dash order and was asked for my ID, after questioning (not insulting - not being rude) why they need my ID to pick up an order, the older lady that was stacking some boxes came aggressively and asked me why don't I have an ID, questioning how can I not have it since I am obviously driving, and saying I don't know the law, I probably haven't been taught that asking for my ID is the law. After picking up my ID from the car, the line had already grown, there were about 3 people ahead of me, the man was taking care of them. I let the older lady know that I had my ID, she was still stacking her boxes, and even though she was not taking care of any customers and all she had to do was look at my ID (supposedly) and hand me the order, she started ignoring me!! As if I wasn't even talking to her! I kept saying, "Lady! I have my ID now" until the man taking care of the customers yelled right across all three of them, "WAIT!!." I waited, showed him my ID and after I got my order asked, "what are your names?" The older lady, who could not hear me before, turned around and asked what was MY name! Very aggressively. She said I had no right asking them for their names! I said I had a right since I was a customer at their store to which she responded I was no customer, just someone who is picking up an order. Then I guess she changed her mind and said mockingly, "Mar-r-r-ria, my name is Mar-r-r-ria." (I'm Hispanic) and the guy said, "My name is Justin." To which I said I was going to write a review and as I was going out, she yelled "Don't come back to pick up items from here again!" as other customers behind me were hearing her yell this at me. Yeah, I'm writing about a 7-Eleven and I can't believe I've been frequenting this place just as much as my other usual stops. It must be that good. I'm impressed with how clean this joint is considering all the little screaming monsters that run through this place promptly at 3:30 p.m. and the Jay and Silent Bob type stoners that loiter the front. Mad props to you 7-Eleven owner. I myself am a fan of their always piping hot coffee and the plethora of creamers. I've tried to combine all 8 different coffee creamer combinations only to realize it just meant my coffee would taste like pure sugar. My bad. On the flip side, I adore the 6 flavors of Slurpees and the 100's of combinations I can make from their Big Gulp selection. Oh thank heaven... When's the last time you could got a Drumstick, Vitamin Water, nachos with FREE CHEESE AND CHILI, and a 5 Hour Energy Shot in one stop? Right? That's pretty much why I love this 7-Eleven. The staff here is friendly, the machine's are never out of the essentials and the parking lot is never littered with people just chillin' in their cars eating their 1/4 lbs. hot dogs thanks for the parking lot tow sign. I love the "hellos' when walking in and the "have a nice day - good-bye!" upon walking out. I go here either in the morning to get my morning coffee OR before/after I go to the gym to grab a powerbar and some sports drink. Loving the bright lights and the full stock of beverages and grills. Went to this location for a coffee and candy pick me up. Normally, coffee at 7-11 is pretty good. The coffee here was horrible. No flavor, well no good flavor, and very weak. It didn't help the suspicious glares we received from the three employees there, who immediately thought we were up to no good. This is one 7-11 I will definitely avoid in the future. read more

Cashier is so sarcastic and rude. Whoever was that guy with tattoo sleeve assigned at 10/19/2021 at 6:30am needs total training in customer service. I asked if there's iced coffee that morning and he told me "Why don't you check?". I've been quite a semi regular here and I know there's a high chance that there's no iced coffee in the machine so might as well just ask first before grabbing a cup and ice for nothing then just throw them away. I asked for taquitos and he said "Why don't you grab it yourself?". I didn't know that because ever since I started going here, it's always the cashier who grab them on their side. I just stared looking for a paper bag and he said "Can't you see it underneath?". Let me just say that to me, this is HARASSMENT. Who the f* assumes that I'm a "Shop lifter based on some assumption"?? Just because I came from an isle somewhere else, bent down, and put my hands in my pocket, doesn't automatically make me a shoplifter. At least be polite when asking a customer if they're stealing. I think America's laws are based on being INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. In my case, I did nothing wrong AT ALL. I didn't run, I didn't STEAL anything at all and if you don't have any evidence, you shouldn't be talking to a customer like they STOLE SOMETHING and give ATTITUDE AS WELL. Never been so discussed in my life with the way people who work and manage this store I came in to buy food drinks and ice. I asked the attendant for a few things from behind the counter and she got a attitude when I asked her if there were any specials on the on the roller? And my question was ( hi how's your day?! Is there any deals on the food on the rollers?!) and I got .... NO!! Ever store is own different and ran differently .... I said ok cool I'll take one of each. As she ringing the item up I seen that she changed me full cup price for ice... keep in mind that I have a energy drink or coffee don't really remember witch one and food as well as a pack of smokes.. now back to the Attendant..I told her I will not pay full price for a cup of ice they can keep it.. as I'm trying to pay for the items I want she is going off about how the ice and the cup is $1.69+ tax at here store I'm telling her I don't care I'm not paying that much for ice she gets made and sad I'm not Selling you any thing get out my store... at that time the manager was asking her something in another language then she to the manager that I called her name and yelled at her .... then out of nowhere the manager says IM CALlING THE POLICE!!! Now at this point I have to say the she thought I was going to runaway I guess like see seen on tv or some move so I said I be out here setting on my nice car waiting for how ever you got on the phone.... it was over five minutes before I asked her were is the police ?! This 7 eleven was okay for a while. I like being able to run in and get what I need quick. But this one day I walk in. No one waiting in line. And all I need is a pack of smokes. So I step up to the counter. And wait for an employee to help me. Because she is stocking shelves. As I'm waiting I notice a small milk and bag of chips at the register. Then some guy walks up behind me carrying a bag of ice. The employee walks up to the register and starts ringing up the milk and chips. I tell her that's not mine. She says I know it's his and points to the guy behind me. So I said I was here first. She says no he was here first. So I tell her but he is still shopping. So she says he didn't know where the ice was. So I told her that means he is still shopping. And all I have to do is put something on the counter and I'm first in line is stupid. Bottom line is THE GUY WAS STILL SHOPPING WHEN I STEPPED UP TO THE COUNTER! HIM SETTING THINGS DOWN AT THE REGISTER DOES NOT MEAN HE IS IN LINE. IT MEANS HE CAN'T CARRY EVERYTHING AT ONCE. WHEN HE HAS COLLECTED EVERYTHING HE WANTS TO BUY HE CAN GET IN LINE. I was there. Had to wait 2 minutes for the employee to get to the register... Then had to wait for someone to finish shopping and pay for his stuff. Before I could get my stuff. Poor customer service... read more

I used to live in a city where nothing is open past 9, 7-11 is where I now go for any snacks or anything like that at any hour.

Ok this is not a creepy 7-Eleven location. Even at 11:30 at night, it's not creepy. Thank goodness.
