First off, the staff was not polite or courteous. You pull up to the hotel and the entire outside…read moreof the building looks bad. I thought that the inside would be different. I was wrong, it was 3:15 pm and you had to pick up a phone, dial 0 to get someone to come to the front desk. I had paid for a suite that the microwave didn't work, the telephone was just a unit sitting on top of a table with no cords. The jacuzzi tub didnt work and the jets didn't even looked clean. You go into the bathroom where a coffee pot sat with no cups, coffee or condiments. The tub had mold in the grout at whichI went to the dollar store, bought cleaner and went back to clean the bathroom all up. The carpet had holes in it, the furniture was scratched, pieces missing of it and stained. I went down to the lobby to get some change for the vending machine and there was a sign that lobby closed at 11 pm. The next morning breakfast was stale cereal, powdered eggs out of waffle mix and syrup. The juice machine looked like it had been cleaned forever. I was glad to check out to find that I had to dial 0 to get someone to come from their room to give me a receipt. The person showed up in pajamas. This will be the last time that I come here. Baymont Inn are usually a great place to stay but this is the worse one that I have stayed in. I would gone somewhere else but it was to late to cancel.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. We paid money and they refuse to give us a refund the first night when we…read morerealized this place was falling apart. Lights flicker in every room, they have a GALLON of milk instead of separate containers. May I mention the breakfast itself is terrible? And then the head staff DARED for me to just go to waffle House. Fix your stuff man!! Also, customer service makes you wait an hour + basically just wanting you to hang up and give up on the issue...

It feels like coming home…read more... This charming historic home is a comfortable refuge from the modern world. The place is tastefully decorated with period pieces but is totally in pretentious. The rooms are wonderful and spotless. The beds smell good. The owner is a delightful soul who smiles constantly and laughs frequently. She has a habit of baking cookies as her guests arrive. This is a perfect escape for a happy couple or for a family mini retreat. If you have business in town, especially at Franklin College, this is the best place to stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here to celebrate Valentine's Day and our "babymoon." It's a…read morevery cozy B&B with lots of unique antiques to entertain the eye. :) The family that owns it is very hospitable and eager to please guests. We booked the dinner & a movie package, which included a gift certificate to a local restaurant of our choice and a pair of movie passes to the historic Artcraft theater in downtown Franklin. We ended up not going to the movie as planned because after we checked in, we just felt so cozy & at home that we decided we needed to take afternoon naps instead! :) There are several different rooms to choose from at the Inn and you can select which one best fits your needs by viewing photos/reading descriptions online. Or just ask Kim, the owner, for tips. We stayed in the Heritage room and found it to be very spacious and comfy and every other room looked equally nice. In the evening, we enjoyed one of the two media rooms available and snuggled up to watch some TV. The inn offers a DVD library and a variety of board games as well. Our breakfast was fantastic. I had waffles with strawberry topping, bacon, eggs and a fruit plate. My husband had a Western omelet, sausage, hash browns and toast. The servings were generously sized and freshly prepared. We loved the fact that there so many options to choose from for breakfast. You can check out their menu online. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to family & friends! If you're considering a visit in the winter, it is really cozy inside, but if you go in the spring, summer or fall, you could enjoy the gardens in the back...everything was totally frozen when we went but it looks like it would be gorgeous when plants are in bloom!

My husband's employer booked our stay here for a conference he was attending. Overall, we had a…read moregreat experience. One drawback I noticed was the parking--during busy times, the lot feels pretty small, and it took me a bit to find a spot on the property. Customer service, however, was wonderful. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Our room was very nice and clearly designed with business travelers in mind. It featured a small area with a sink and microwave, a comfortable couch, a desk, a large flat-screen TV, a king-size bed, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Everything was clean, cozy, and modern, and the room temperature was easy to adjust. I was looking forward to use the heated indoor pool as advertised, but when I checked it out, it was not so heated so I decided to pass on that. The complimentary breakfast was a standout. They offered plenty of options--oatmeal with toppings, cereal, boiled and scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, and a drink station. The waffle maker even presses a Hampton Inn logo into the waffle, which I loved. The orange juice and strawberry-kiwi infused water were really refreshing, and the coffee bar had several choices. They have an inviting dining area with ample seating. At checkout, I noticed brown bags at the front desk. When I asked, the staff let me know they were complimentary "to-go" bags and encouraged me to take one. Inside was a bottle of water, an apple, and a bagel with cream cheese--a thoughtful touch that shows they truly cater to guests on the move. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with great amenities. I'd definitely return.

Quick welcoming check-in, new, clean, comfortable beds and close to everything. 5 stars for sure!read more

William is a con man. You call up and ask for a weekly rate and the Indian man who owns the place…read morewill tell you $250 or around there. Not bad. Then you show up and William will say you're a liar and no one here told you that price. He will then charge $350 for the week. Still not terrible, unless you pay with a card. He told me it would be a $5 card fee. No issue. Not 3.5%, which is what the card reader company charges, but I'm not going to gripe for a few cents. Then I came to pay with a card again and he said it went up "because of Biden" another $5. In 1 week.... I'm not a fan of Biden at all but you don't have to be the assistant manager of jiffy lube to know that's not right. The 3rd week I was there, again paying with card, it went up again. He is clearly trying to avoid people paying with card so he can skim cash out of the register to pay for his drinking habit. William also goes into your room "to make sure you're respecting the place", however, is going through personal property. I know this to be fact because I Bobby trapped my suitcase and bag to see if in fact he was looking inside or just around the room. Every single trap was sprung. I'm talking about the smallest, most concealed pockets. Don't stay here. It's a joke.
