Let me just say this place is the best auto/tire shop I've dealt with. I was calling around to find some new tires for my Lexus I250 (from dealership - costco - tire shops), and this place offered the lowest price for all 4 tires. I spoke to Scott, the owner, and he recommended the best tires for my budget. He also threw in an alignment. I scheduled the appointment the same day. Arrived on time and the new tires had just gotten there as well. About an hour later, I walked out with 4 brand new tires, an alignment, and a GREAT price. Total bill $430 after discounts. AMAZING service. I called and needed my tire repaired and requested a quote over the phone. She gave me a range of prices, based on the repair, but said I'd need to come in to see where the price landed. I asked if there was a wait and she said no, so I went right over. My BMW dealer ill-advised me to replace tires which I thought were still in good condition. Anyway, I went so far as ordering tires and getting them delivered to Econo Tire (who had done an excellent job for a really good price when I had previously replaced my other tires). Quite unexpectedly, the Econo Tire expert confirmed what I thought, recommending not to replace the tire, and agreed to help return the new tires. Need I say more? Went to Pepboys for a shaking in my steering column and vehicle while at high speeds and they told me my rims were too heavy. I could bet they didn't even inspect it. Went here and once they removed the rim they showed me it was bent on the inside and the balance was off. Not only the best price in town the real genuine down to earth people. Went just to price tires. Was very impressed with the prompt service. Tim assisted me and was very professional. I mentioned to him I found them on Yelp. He mentioned that they are family owned and family run. They don't work on commission, no up sale or excessive up charge. He gave me his opinion and great feedback about tires. I ended up going with the tires he recommended. I also noticed that they did alignments(very reasonable price). Had that done as well. As I waited I noticed that most of the customers were return customers and they new everyone. You don't see that very often. I liked that their quotes are all inclusive. AWESOME!!! I called Scott to see if he could match a price from Tire Rack for 4 tires for my car. (I think Tire Rack is great but always prefer to give business to a local independent guy if I can). Scott called back and said one of the sizes I needed was unavailable locally. I went ahead and ordered the tires from Tire Rack at 2:30 in the afternoon. Scott called me the following morning said the tires had arrived! I drove over and was in and out in less than 30 minutes with 4 new tires. I watched the installers they did everything correctly, took care of my rims and car. Everyone was polite and courteous. I almost felt guilt paying just $65 bucks for the service. I will definitely go back to Scott and Econo Tire for all my future tire needs. Highly recommended P.S. I had previously stopped by another installer closer to my house and he had quoted over $130 for the same job (he had loaded it up with "shop fees" "environmental fees" "TPMS service fees" etc) Frustrated, I left. Fuck this place. I pay to go have an alignment done. I leave to eat and come back to get my car and they give me my keys and I leave . My car is not aligned at all and go back to find out they let me leave with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DONE WHAT SO EVER. The manager tried to apologize and I had told him I worked in customer service so I know shit happens but he didn't show any appreciation and at the end of the day literally said go fuck your self. I had a small Accident a few days ago and the front left tire in my car became a little bit crooked. I found this place on Yelp with really good reviews so I took my car there. They told me to leave my car there and they will call me and give me a quote after inspecting it. Since this place is not very far from my house, I left my car there and went back home. After an hour I received a phone call from them telling me that the Spindle, the Strut, the Shack and the Brake needs to be replaced, and its gonna cost me $1400 bucks. I couldn't believe what I am hearing, since my car is a little outdated, and its not a 2014 Mercedes or a BMW. I asked them why do I have to pay 1400 for such a small problem. He said "Well, we are putting all the parts new and genuine, and plus why do you care your insurance company might pay for it." Since I didn't had full coverage for my car, there was no way my insurance company would pay for it, so I took my car to another mechanic a block away. He gave me a $140 quote. Yeah you heard it right, not 1040 but only 140. He started laughing when i told him what these guys told me, and he assured me that everything including the brakes are fine, there is only one cheap part that needs to be replaced. Since it was getting dark, he told me to leave my car for the night and come back tomorrow morning at 10 to pick it up. The next day when I went there to pick up my car, he really fixed it for just $140. Anyways, I really don't know why this place has so many positive reviews, but do yourself a favour and check some other places after getting a quote from these guys, I am sure you will find a better (by better I mean much better) deal from some other place. read more

Purchased two tires from TireRack.com. Econo Tire installed them early Saturday morning in 15 mintutes. They have a great attitude: Without me asking, they suggested rotating my tires (switching front tire to the rear and rear tires to the front). They mounted and balanced the tires at much less than other competitors. Also, they appear to have a very clean and organized service bays. I'll keep going back to them. read more

Called to ask if I could drop my car by to have the TPMS on my car looked at. Woman on the phone says she'll ask. Comes back and says I could bring it in now, and asks how far away I am. I advised her that I work until 4 pm and could be there afterwards. She scoffs and says, "Well then what time would you get here?" I told her I could be there by 4:15, as I'm only 5 miles away. She puts me on hold again and comes back to tell me they're closing early (even though it is listed that they close at 5), so I would have to leave early. I work in a call center that closes at 4pm on Saturday's, which means I have to be on the phone until 4:01. I told her that that just wouldn't be possible, as I can't leave early. She basically just tells me oh well and that's it. I understand giving adequate time to have your car worked on, and not trying to drop by an hour before they close, but the sensor came on today and I already checked the pressure on the tires. With my job I really don't have a schedule that's flexible to when automotive places are open, so I try and go on days when I'm off slightly earlier. The attitude she presented was completely unnecessary, as I didn't push the issue, just asked if I could stop by after 4. Honestly, really turned me off especially after all the great reviews I read on my lunch today. I don't think I'll be stopping by here. read more

As soon as they arrived I received a phone call. Went in the next day and was out of there in 45 minutes. And, WOW, everyone is right! :) I left work yesterday to go pick my daughter up from school to take her to the doctor because she fell and had a bad bruise/bulge on her right eyebrow. On my way to get her, my tire light came on! When I got to her school and stepped out, I could hear it hissing. I knew I didn't have much time. I hurried to get my daughter, got back in the truck, and yelped a tire shop close by. Econo Tire was about 2 miles away so I drove there and got there just in time! As soon as I got out of the truck and was walking towards the door, a man greeted me from the bays. I told him I was on my way to take my daughter to the doctor. He took one look at her poor little face and got to work right away! I was literally in and out of there in 10 minutes!!! And, it only cost me $7!!! I wanted to tip the man so bad, but I was so flustered and didn't have cash on me. I told him I wanted to tip him and he stopped me and told me to just go take care of my baby girl! I bought the front pair (kuhmo 224/45-17) through TireRack which they installed. 6 months later I bought the rear pair (yokohama) through them directly since their quote is quite competitive.
