They checked all of my tire pressures, topped them off with air where needed, and even helped me get a price match on a pair of TRICO Apex Si silicon ceramic windshield wipers that I've been needing for my car. Luis even helped install them for me on the spot after I purchased them. As someone who isn't especially knowledgeable about cars, I really appreciated how patient they were with all of my questions. They explained everything clearly, never made me feel rushed or talked down to, and made the whole experience approachable and stress-free. It's not easy walking into an auto shop by yourself (especially as a woman). Having a team that genuinely takes the time to educate rather than upsell me made such a lasting impression. I also have to mention how efficient they were. This location has air conditioning, complimentary coffee and water, and Wi-Fi in the waiting area. Even then, I barely had enough time to set up my work laptop before my car was ready. Having an appointment probably helped, so I'd definitely recommend scheduling one ahead of time if you can. It was "hopping" on the balancer and they couldn't install them. They recommended that I take the wheel back to Sensei6 to have it fixed. I drove out to Sensei6 to have it inspected and they told me there's nothing wrong with the wheel. I took it another tire shop for a second opinion, and they also confirmed there were no issues. 1 star for wasting two days of my time -- one day at 714 and another for making me drive out to Sensei6 in West Covina -- only to be told by them and another tire shop that there was no issue.

I tried to resolve the issue with them but it was as if I wasn't a concern. No calls backs No concern at all. They proceeded with telling me I have to go through the manufacture rather than them rectifying the issue. This is poor customer service and if you ask me fraud. I'm a pretty reasonable guy but this could have been handled differently . The sad truth of running a business incorrectly and lack of customer service.
