The damaged tire I had is repairable but the owner without even looking more closely to the damaged is focused on selling me a used tire. Immediately, I had to go to another repair shop and got this plugged and fixed. This owner also shouted and insulted me in front of other customers that it's not his problem if I don't buy a used tire he is selling. VERY RUDE and even wanted to charge $3 for something earlier said it was free air. His arrogance and aggressive stance of the situation show that this is a bad tire business. Came in for a used tire due to a flat on the rear wheel passenger side. The owner immediately accommodated me, despite being in the middle of working on someone else's engine, and delegated one of his workers to assist me, which took him only 5 minutes to complete. I was also offered beforehand a choice of 2 tires that were of the same size as my flat - one was practically brand new with deep treads still while the other obviously had been driven more miles with less treads. I opted for the former and so far so good. I left very satisfied with my purchase and overall experience. I recommend them to anyone in need of 1 used tire or even a set of 4 used tires. I had an endless amount of issues going on with my car recently, and Fred was so generous with his time and expertise over the phone. He knew I was in a bind financially and did his best to give me as much of a diagnosis as he could using the photos I sent him. When I was finally able to get my car to his shop, he worked so efficiently and expertly, and after about 20 minutes, I couldn't believe what he was able to accomplish! He was able to save me about $250 with his work, preventing me from having to purchase a new part for my aging car. I've also purchased some used tires from him. They were in great condition and priced very fairly, and I shop around A LOT before purchasing anything. Fred is the real deal.
