Upon picking the jackets up, I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT THEY WERE DAMAGED. I got home removed them from the plastic and this is what I saw. I then went back to the store the day after picking them up and asked why I wasn't told they were damaged when I picked them up. I was told that I was informed, but really all I was told was to be careful cleaning the older jacket as the more it's cleaned the more it would be prone to damage. The 2nd jacket that was damaged had only been worn once. They insisted that the jacket was old even though it was not. They took no responsibility for sending me home with damaged items and no responsibility for not informing me when I picked up my items. I requested a refund for both the damaged jackets. This was my first time even going to this dry cleaner. The only reason I trusted them was because they told me they normally clean down jackets without issues. After returning the damaged jackets to the store, I waited an extra 2 days for the manager to "assess" the damage. Neither jacket can be worn due to the damage. They did not offer to fix them and I was told that there would not be a refund for either of them because I knew there was a risk of them being damaged. Horrible service, lack of sympathy and honestly just cruel. The majority of money I spent was on these two jackets that I now cannot even wear. I will absolutely NOT be returning. Horrible experience for the first time trying a business. The same lady that failed to inform me of the damage upon pickup was the person that told me I wouldn't be refunded. Now I'm just out of the money I paid and the two jackets. The fact they would even send me home with items without telling me they were damaged is beyond me.

As soon as I walked in I noticed the facility is clean and the staff are attentive. A nice young women helped me right away and told me it would be ready in 2 days which was no problem because I wasn't in a rush. I stopped by two days later and my coats were ready! They have a sign that says "expert" tailoring but I'd say it's more like "good enough" tailoring because the patch work I got done was in fact good enough but certainly in no way an "expert" application. While I could have complained about it when I picked it up I'm ok with the good enough job since the shirt I'm using and the patch I needed applied would have been nice if it were placed with proper alignment but I'm ok with the way it was applied for my needs. If I'm ok with how it was applied why am I complaining? I'm not necessarily complaining but pointing out that this place doesn't have "expert" tailoring and I also didn't want to go without the shirt another week since I needed the shirt in the coming week. If my patch needed perfect accuracy for a job or something of a more serious nature I would have requested it be fixed. If you need expert tailoring I'd probably go elsewhere especially if you need patches applied to any article of clothing. Will I be back? Sure, for washing services only because if I need more patches applied I will most certainly be finding another tailor to do that work for me.
