I was asked to hand over my shirt and within fifteen minutes the stain was removed, the shirt pressed, and I was ready for today's meetings. As soon as I walked in I noticed the facility is clean and the staff are attentive. A nice young women helped me right away and told me it would be ready in 2 days which was no problem because I wasn't in a rush. I stopped by two days later and my coats were ready! They looked great and smelt fresh! The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. Great experience and will definitely be back.

My biggest qualm is that they can be selective about who they'll fix an issue for. One afternoon I had loaded all my clothes in one of the largest washers, and it didn't wash. I asked for my money back and was told there was nothing she could do. A guy tried to use the washer and experienced the same issue. He threw a big stink and the attendant rushed to transfer his clothes into another washer and paid for it. This was a long time ago but left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll occasionally go if I'm in the area, but this location isn't my preference based on that incident and the smell.
