He is not honest, in a transmission job that he did in my car he told me that each part cost $150, actually, I could have gotten them for $32 at AutoZone. He gives warranty for the jobs that he performed but is something is wrong with the job done in your car he made you leave it for a week in his shop and return it with the same problem, in other words, he does not do anything on it. I would not recommend this mechanic to my worst enemy. This mechanics is always at his office and he let people that don't have a mechanic license or knowledge of mechanic to do the job. I give it a star because there is not a choice of zero stars. I think a negative star should be appropriate for him, he does not fix the cars he damages them instead. I far as I am concerned not ever a bicycle would I take there to be fixed.

I approved of the services and about 2 hours later my car was ready! Tony was very pleasant! I love great customer service After picking my car up, I could definitely tell a difference! We bought a brand new F750 from them, spending over 112k which was purchased at the end of December 2023. The truck had some various issues soon after purchase which they fixed. Then it was back in with more serious issues. Once they finally assessed it they said it was the fuel system and that we either drove through water or got bad fuel. Which we did neither. It was clear they didn't know for sure but just a blanket statement of we think this happened and it's not covered under warranty. They wanted us to pay nearly 20k in repairs. They denied warranty coverage. Not only that but since this is a commercial vehicle it definitely impacted our business. We bought it brand new 6 months ago so we had a reliable vehicle. Various things didn't sit right on the lies we were being fed so we paid to have it towed to another dealership. That dealership quickly assessed it and said it certainly should be covered under warranty, got the work done in 2 weeks including last week being a storm and testing and releasing the vehicle back to us today. The fact another dealership took care of us better than the dealer where we spend 112k is proof that Chastang tries to rip off their clients, lie/fool and deceive whoever they can. They should be shut down there is no telling how many people they have done this too. don't walk, run away from these crooks

Also it should be known that you get what you pay for. If you know a part is going to cost a significant amount then you know for sure you're going to either shell out the cash to keep your vehicle moving AND PAY FOR THE LABOR or you're going to "duct tape" you problem and try the cheap route and then come right back to this shop or another claiming "they didn't do anything" that doesn't sit right with me. These people here shoot you straight and I love the aspect of bringing in the part for your automobile and they just charge you for the labor only. You don't get to go to many places that offer these type of services. Diane the woman who runs the front gets all of your information to correlate with you about your vehicle and Caesar and his crew of mechanics are just TOPS when it comes to servicing your vehicle and giving you all the information you need on what needs to be worked on and how they're going to go about it and what you'll need as far as parts are concerned so you're not having to go and come back and forth making it seem like you've been "taken for a ride", they definitely get you back on the road again. 11/10 would get mine or my families autos serviced here again!
