This was not a minor trim...five branches were removed from a tree that does not belong to their client. At no point did anyone knock on my door, attempt to verify property lines, or get consent before cutting. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for property rights. To make matters worse, the cuts they made left the tree looking uneven, poorly shaped, and clearly not cared for by a professional. It now looks damaged rather than maintained. If you're considering hiring this company, I strongly suggest confirming how they handle property boundaries and neighbor communication because in my experience, they did neither. The project manager recommended Grade-A Landscaping to remove a large berm that held one of the trees. They unearthed a lot of surprises, and overcame so many challenges. More improvements followed and the end results were so impressive. We hired them to remove several evergreen trees and shrubs from our beds, but primarily to address a large area in the front where soil runoff and tree roots were problematic. We are beyond pleased with the new retaining wall (pictured). A few days later a driver miscalculated parking in the driveway and broke the corner stones. I texted Nick and while weather caused delays he kept me in the loop until a couple weeks later when the team arrived and fixed it. These guys really care and own up to their commitments.
