Timothy is the absolute man!! I called him Friday morning due to an emergency cleaning being required for our BMW X5. I'm in Plano so google wasn't showing his place in my search results, so I went with Grok AI, who listed EcoPal as one of the best in the metroplex as specific car detailing. This was a dog accident in the car situation and it smelt TERRIBLE. It was only 25 minutes to get to him, he assured me this would be taken care of and sent me to a local restaurant to hang out at until he was done. When I got back a couple hours later, car smelt brand new again! I was shocked and pumped. I plan on telling EVERYONE about him, not only in the Flowermound, Denton, Lewisville area but also the Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson and Dallas area. If you're from any of these areas reading this review, the drive is worth it 100%. I've had Timothy out twice to detail my WRX - both times the car has come out looking like new. The first time I had a large stain from a friend spilling soda in the passenger seat, and most recently had incurred a lot of light scratching around my front bumper. After he was done with both the jobs, I couldn't even tell they were there to begin with. I wanted to take one star off for lateness (I'm admittedly a time Nazi....), but Timothy did such a fantastic (like, really amazing) job with my MDX that I just have to give the full 5 stars! My furbaby passed away recently and since I used to take all 140lbs of him everywhere with me - there was LOTS and lots of hair to clean out, even on the headliner and most of the hair everywhere was pretty heavily embedded. Almost 4 hours later, my car looks absolutely new again - I am amazed and thrilled. Timothy, despite the very long hours, honored his original quote - I decided that wasn't nearly enough for all the dedication, keen attention to detail and obvious care he took in completing my car - so I paid more, and was VERY happy to do it! Great value for the work completed. Highly recommended Timothy and his wonderful work ethic - I will definitely be using his services in the future! Not sure what to say about this detailer being that there was no follow up after a call was made, texts were exchanged and photos of the car in question were text over so that a detail estimate could be given. Was trying to get a full detail on a older car that was a back up to our current car that was being repaired due to an accident..Based on his detail I was willing to be a repeat customer and have my cars routinely washed and waxed on a regular basis being that his business is literally 1/2 a mile away from my home. Totally disappointed due to lack of communication on the businesses part. Would not recommend. read more

I originally had to get my car cleaned because when I was taking my car to the vet, he ended up peeing on my passenger side seat and carpet out of nervousness. I asked multiple businesses about their pricing, and EcoPal was the best -- some places wanted to charge almost triple Timothy's price and others gave me the same estimate Timothy did but just for the one seat. Timothy went above and beyond, deep cleaning my entire car and even doing extra services like sanitizing all of its surfaces. I've already recommended EcoPal to my friends and family! It's also great that EcoPal comes to you, so you can stay in your home while they clean your car. I was so happy with my service that I included a 50% tip. And the total was still cheaper than some of the more expensive estimates I was given by other places. I couldn't recommend EcoPal more !! read more

Timothy was great! Called me beforehand to let me know he was on his way, was very nice, and had everything he needed on hand! My car is spotless, and he got out all the dog hair out of the trunk (which was practically impossible with the type of carpet back there). I was very impressed! I completely forgot to write a review and I found Tim on yelp after spilling a jug of laundry detergent in my car back in July. I was highly skeptical as I had talked to several other detailing companies and thought my car was a lost cause and would need all the seats removed. Tim said he wouldn't need to do that and had everything on his truck to take care of my car. That is exactly what he did. Tim does excellent work!
