I had the absolute pleasure to work with Lee's Mobile Car Audio this past month. I just don't know if I've ever had a better experience with a car audio installer ever before. Here are a few of the things that made the experience awesome: 1. Lee is very communicative. From the point of understanding my need, to follow-ups that occurred after the first visit, and then rescheduling with me to do some final work - I was never in the dark on his plans or timing. 2. Lee's Mobile Car Audio is...well...MOBILE! That was a huge plus to have the convenience of being able to continue to work like I do while he's out in the garage doing the work for me. That was amazing. 3. My installation was complicated by the fact I had purchased and tried previously to install an aftermarket Apple Carplay - Android Auto integration into my 2014 BMW X5. So Lee's Mobile Car Audio had to figure out my brand of integration, work through some technical issues, and finally totally got it working. My learning here: Call Lee's Mobile Car Audio FIRST BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING. After discussing with him, there were better options for me that I wish I'd just talked to him first about. Although my installation was challenging, his rate was totally fair, and he honored it all the way through the process. 4. And the last point, sorta related to #3, is that he never quit. He ran into a few roadblocks, but like a true professional, he was determined to get my unit's tech support team to actually support the blockers we hit, he kept at it, he had to come back to my house a second time to finish some things, and he also sat in the car with me and my wife working through all our questions and what-if's to get to the best installation possible for this unit that I had already purchased that might not have been as good as other options he had. I honestly could not recommend Lee's Mobile Car Audio enough. He seemed to totally understand the needs and quirks of the BMW ecosystem (I have an NBT iDrive). Oh, and one more thing: Care. Pulling apart an entire dash (practically) to get to the areas needed to integrate my system makes me super nervous. With plenty of towels and the proper tools and the handling of the plastic pieces, you could tell that Lee is being super careful with everything. The car was left...well, I have to admit it was left in better condition when he was done than when he started. Many thanks to Lee's Mobile Car Audio for the great work on my Apple Carplay and Android Auto integration project. It's so nice to finally have an old car that runs the latest maps and music apps, and has all the bluetooth integrations for audio and phone. So nice!!!
