Service is immediate and security is top notch. I can call the vice president of the company about anything and he gets back to me within the hour if he doesn't answer right away. When we call for a pick up, if they don't have a truck in the area, they will make a special trip just to our facility. The company is now NAID certified which is huge with such emphasis on data security. The company has also developed a portal so that customers can log in with a password and see exactly what was picked up and where it is in the recycling process. I have worked with 2 other recycling companies prior to CSAD and there is no comparison. I strongly recommend this company.

I finally got a message saying they cancelled the sale "due to a stock error". I suspect when it came time to ship, someone looked at the price it could have sold for and stopped the sale. When I pressed for more info they said there was damage when they took it off the shelf so they can't sell it. I was aware of some damage, I saw the pictures, so I asked them what the extent of the damage was? and said I might still be interested. They have not responded. You would think if they are being truthful they would want to get rid of the damaged item even more now.

I feel the only way to stop certain staff from stealing the customers $$$ is for the owner of the business to have one of their family or friends return precounted bottles & see for themselves. I have used this locations for several years. I always appreciated the friendly staff & clean environment. It never occurred to me that certain staff would steal $$$ from customers. If it's happened to me, no doubt it happens throughout the day. I don't want to think of the families that count on that $$$ for desperately needed food, diapers or gas. It's also crazy to think that I've added a TIP each time I've been there, so they have more of my $$$. I no longer go there, I precount my returnables no matter where I go. I've told friends & family to do the same. Unfortunate experience, that's for sure.

Recently I noticed a small store located at 471 East Ridge road called "Quick Cans". It is in a little plaza at the 475 plaza. I decided to check it out for a couple of reasons. Quite often when people go to the bigger stores and you have 10 or 15 cans or bottles, you end up waiting for the guy who has 3 grocery bags full. You might get lucky if he lets you first, LOL. I checked this place out and they pay the exact same price as the big places, 5 cents per can or bottle. Instant service, people count your cans and bottles right away and pay! While I was there I saw a variety of people coming in. From the homeowner cashing in a few bags of cans, to landlords-business people coming in with larger loads. I was impressed. If you want to save time I suggest "Quick Cans".
