She replies that "the guys should be calling momentarily, we do not provide a window." So I compromise and ask for a 10 min window. She again texts "Your arrival is 9:30 - 11:30 in the text above. Let me know if you do not have someone ready to receive". So I call and get a female dispatch (Arriane / Kristina something) and state how I'm confused that if the drivers call when they're on the way how are they not able to tell how far out they are? She snaps at me "DON'T TELL US HOW TO DO OUR JOB". Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unprofessional. The drivers then arrive, without a phone call. So apparently someone DOES need to tell them how to do their job. Btw- no "white glove" service as stated by Satvaa. No paper boots, didn't even bother wiping their feet on the multiple door mats. Just tracked dirt all through the house as apparently it's the customers responsibility to lay down plastic. Unbelievable.... Hope you never have to ever work with them. You've been warned.

I finally got a message saying they cancelled the sale "due to a stock error". I suspect when it came time to ship, someone looked at the price it could have sold for and stopped the sale. When I pressed for more info they said there was damage when they took it off the shelf so they can't sell it. I was aware of some damage, I saw the pictures, so I asked them what the extent of the damage was? and said I might still be interested. They have not responded. You would think if they are being truthful they would want to get rid of the damaged item even more now.
