The ribs were meaty, tender, juicy, and NOT overcooked. They had an aromatic smoky flavor too! There were at least 5 BBQ sauces to choose from, I liked the Sweet and Spicey myself. If you want Texas style BBQ Ribs you can't go wrong at Brad's Pit BBQ. Of course, they offer brisket, sausages, pulled pork and more. I had two sides w/my meal, the BBQ beans were delicious, coleslaw was okay. BTW Brad's is next door to Locavore Beer Works so if you don't want to take your BBQ home you can go next door, order any of a multitude of craft beers and they will deliver your food to your table. I liked the Mexican Lager. Great service, great staff and great food and drink! One can't go wrong at either of these businesses.

I had tacos here that might simply be the best street tacos I've ever had. The taco and quesadillas shells were coated in something that closely resembles a Doritos taco but is considerably better. The tacos and quesadillas were absolutely stuffed with food. Stuffed in a way a franchise chain restaurant would never do. I just ate and my mouth is watering just thinking about my tacos. The woman that took my order was as nice as a person could be. She was thrilled I was making an order and was all smiles. It took her about ten minutes to make my food and she packed it all carefully and securely. It came with a cup of soup that I have no idea what was but it was incredible. It was like a Mexican version of pho broth. Fantastic. The Denver, Hispanic owned, food trucks are a gem I'm only recently discovering. What a treasure these people are to the culinary community in Denver and Colorado.

We recently ate at a Michelin rated taco restaurant and your food truck blew them out of the water. It was a bit small for the price, but the flavor was good! We tried the birria tacos and pastor with the consome on the side. Good flavor - but odd that you have to get the consome with an additional taco separately. Would go back when craving a birria fix.
