He said "I'll send someone tomorrow in the morning" and on the phone he said, "Don't worry, I'm not going to scam you". He never sent anymore and made an excuse to why no one showed up. He has been dodging my calls and texts ever since I asked for my money back due to not completing the service. Also, clearly an addict from his behavior in person when he was mowing my neighbors lawn which is how I even got his contact in the first place lmao

To have a conversation a stamped concrete patio. Installed. First of all, the job was very poorly done, The owner of the business and his workers left a real mess, forcing us to spend hours cleaning up. His workmanship was far from being considered even average. Within weeks, crack's started appearing, water was ponding on the concrete because they didn't slope the concrete for water to run off. We were awarded $5,000 in Small Claims court but Juston refused to pay us that amther or not that amount which was significantly less than what we paid him. Subpoenas we're sent to him via registered mail but he refused to sing them. We have hired the Livingston County Sheriffs Office to deliver the subpoenas to him so he h

They prepared the site to ensure dust and debris was kept to a minimum and cleaned up the site upon completion of their work. After work was completed, Eric explained what they did and answered any question I had. I would highly recommend Frank's Basements to any individual needing similar work done.

Also no clean out on that wall. I'm told the sump is the low point. Hard to get water in when it's built up higher than the floor level. I have water lines that need draining before winter and it goes onto the floor and it pools up nowhere near a "clean out". If it's only a "clean out " why is it sloped downward? I guess that explains why its at a point the water doesn't go to. Not a drain. Grr. Also my water intrusion shot right past the bright wall and created a pond nowhere near a "clean out " coincidentally the area the water pulls up at is where the drain used to be before they removed it. Also, during the recent heavy rain for days, if you look in the inspection, clean out port, there is no water flowing. It does not follow the drain tile. It's beneath it. Their solution to water pond in the low area was to build a dam to prevent

BEWARE! Josh Vanderpool and Dale Randall of JV Contracting are scammers. I needed a repair to my…read moreroof after a neighbor's tree fell on it. They quoted me $9,500 for removing and replacing the broken tiles. Two of them worked for less than 6 hours, used a single roll of the cheapest peel and stick roofing material you can buy (supposedly put over a "snow shield" which is just a thin sheet of metal from what I can tell). When I asked for an itemized list of labor and materials they told me that they have to pay $77K a year for a special license to work on asbestos tiles and that they really needed the check ASAP for payroll. I looked it up after the fact and there is no license that cost that much! I deeply regret paying them.

The original construction of this house was not up to the current acceptable standards , and therefore would not be up to code. Dale took photos, and did a live video walkthrough of the attic area so my husband and I could see the problems , and what was needed to repair this structure. My husband is a licensed general contractor. This job which was a large construction project was done professionally, and in a timely manner, as we were needing this completed before the northeast weather. Yes, we would recommend Dale and his crew to anyone. Kenneth , Dawn Lebbon
