The technician, Mike, was outstanding as he recommended that I sit down with him to watch the inspection of the fireplace and explained in detail the images as they crossed the screen. Mike also inspected the chimney on the roof and the vent for the oil-based furnace in the basement. Mike provided me a complete report with pictures, and he went over his recommendations. I am having them come out to perform some repairs that were needed.

The parts of the lawn that were very overgrown were pretty evenly mowed and the rest of the lawn was just right. I did not expect them to be able to come the day I accepted the contract but they did. (We were happy they could.) I called them Monday and described the property to Sean and he gave us a quote for a one time mow. I told him that part of our lawn was very over grown (3 feet tall in places). Tuesday, I updated the description on his web site and he adjusted the quote. We spoke Tuesday morning to ensure that our description was clear. We accepted the bid then he explained his crew was going to be in our area so he suggested that we pay by credit card (we do not use Venmo) we did and paid the quoted amount (included tax), tip and credit card processing fee. His crew showed up around 2:00 PM. They asked my neighbor if they could park in his driveway. My neighbor said yes and gave them further input about our lawn. My neighbor said they were polite, friendly and professional. I would use them again if I could not mow the lawn for some reason. The prices seemed reasonable for the service provided.

We scheduled a estimate time/day and actually arrived on said day/time. He gave me a fair price and so I decided to do both tree and gravel parking space (this was on a Friday). He showed up Sunday after asking if he did the space out for the parking space. Monday he came and chopped the limbs off the tree as per uploaded. Tuesday he came and cleaned (very well I might add) the tree limbs and branches. Also brought the gravel and dumped/spread it. Wednesday another worker is coming to stamp/smash the gravel down, making it a more permanent parking space. The greatest thing is he takes CREDIT!!! Unlike all the other tree cutters I called

Finally called plumber at Brown's in Waterloo. I wanted to keep the work in my area. They called right back on a Sunday and came right out to check the situation with the plumbing. He end up doing some work In the basement and fixed some things, then ran snake after snake before he decided it was a pipe on the outside in the ground! They came bright and early the next day ( after he gave us a idea of what it was going to cost). They called and had the utility companies come and mark everything out. They dug the area, fought with rocks and slug and items that should never be flushed, pulled the old pipe, dug some more, and replaced the pipe with new. Filled in with cement, stone, refilled hole with the sod. It did not look like an easy job to say the least. My husband supervised as they worked and said they did a wonderful job. They were polite and they all spoke softly including the big hole digger! I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Professional and they did a Great Job. Thanks for there swift action I have my bathroom back!

Rich and his family did an amazing job from start to finish on out new asphalt driveway. I have know this family for a long time and when it was time to replace the old poorly installed driveway (15 years ago) I gave them a call. Rich returned my call the same day and was out to measure the next day. After giving me a great quote we booked the job with them. We were scheduled within three weeks and the entire job took just a day. The driveway is amazing and designed exactly the way we wanted. Can't say enough good things about this company. read more

I can't say enough about this family, courteous right from the start, do what they say, go a bit further to make a good job great and charge more than a fair price! We had a nearly 200 foot driveway that was about 20 years past due and humped in the middle. They came, put a skim coat down then put a good top coat down. Now it makes my house look bad (LOL!) Glad to have them here and it's a fantastic boost to our home. Great advice and workmanship! If my wife is excited, you know they are good! read more

Richard and his family were great from the start - prompt free estimate, answered all our questions, scheduling as quickly as they could, extreme attention to detail in leveling the area to make sure it drains properly, and then skillfully applying and rolling the asphalt.
