We reached out to Grizzly Brother Gutters for an estimate on a cleanout with gutter covers install. We were contacted by Nicholas who was extremely understanding of the situation. He quickly got us an appointment for an inspection and estimation. During the inspection, we found that the existing gutters were installed incorrectly and we had water pooling in some gutters. He was able to get the initial estimate on the stainless steel mesh covers we wanted. But after finding the other issues, he wanted to get us set up with a reliable setup without incurring too much expense. We advised that we were okay with a full replacement and continued with the process. We agreed that upgrading to 6" gutters and 3x4 downspouts was the way to go to address the water flowing issues. They were able to get us setup with a replacement solution in a weeks time. We addressed all the pooling issues and relocated some of the downspouts. The process was extremely painless and they took care of everything needed. **After a couple of weeks we found that a cap had a slow leak above the garage. Everything else has been doing splendidly. We reached out to Nick and he replied to me in a few minutes was able to get someone out to correct this the next day. They even made some additions for us to finish off the look of the gutters. He took really good care of us and we really wanted to show our appreciation for the care they brought to our home.

Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Do not be concerned with Zelle-ing the owner directly.

I never questioned their work quality, but if this is how they handle a customer asking basic questions before signing, I can only imagine how they'd handle an issue after installation. We are having an issue with this group. Our Richardson home has a very steep roof, and we had water…read morerunning out over the gutter onto the front walkway a few feet beyond our covered front porch with any heavy rain. They suggested a diverter strip. We agreed, and paid for the installation. When, sometime later, we finally got a good, hard rain, the water came up over the gutter again, but not where it used to. Now it comes over the gutter onto the covered porch, right in front of the front door! We believe the diverter was not positioned quite right. It does not have an end on it, and it does not go all the way to the end of the short gutter line it is attached to. We called the company the day after the heavy rain with our issue. They came out promptly, but all they would offer is a major redo of our front gutter system. We are not in a position to do that right now. We told the owner of this group that we just want the diverter extended to the end of that short gutter run, and an end cap of some sort put on it at the end where it is directly over the front porch. We said we think this is a logical next step to try, and that we fully expect this to come at an additional charge to us. We were simply told they "cannot do that". (Of course they can.) We explained that the current situation is much worse than what we started with, and if they cannot/will not do what we think is likely to help, that the diverter needs to be removed. Having a very large amount of water coming down on our front porch right in front of our front door is not OK! The owner wrote in one email that he was being "yelled" at when he was here. Reading this was a total shock to both of us, and is absolutely not true. The gentleman was standing 20+ feet from us, and we live just one house in from a VERY noisy 6-lane road. If we were raising our voices at all, it was in the hope that he could hear us! We are both seniors with some hearing loss, so (as we further explained to him) possibly we do speak somewhat loudly, but "yelling"? Absolutely not. We have told the business owner we have no ill feeling toward his company and just would like to get this taken care of one way or the other (prefer to extend and cap the end of the diverter; or as a last resort, remove it). Now, they are not responding to our emails. We had one previous dealing with the group that turned out to be quite satisfactory. The crew and everyone did a great job, but I will say that Freddy Hernandez absolutely crushed it! He took care of me throughout the whole process, start to finish, and truly went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the end product. Freddy originally came out to give a free estimate as I was looking to replace my entire gutter system. My intent was to hear him out, then compare pricing to other companies. Freddy spent a good 45 minutes surveying the house/gutters: used a drone to take ariel photos, up and down on the ladder taking measurements, etc. Afterward, he showed me all the pictures/findings, going into great detail to explain everything. I truly felt that Freddy was being honest with his recommendations. I anticipated a typical "sales pitch" and was waiting for him to try and convince me to purchase a bunch of "extras," but he didn't. I was really surprised that there was no pressure or gimmicks. Because he did such a great job and was super nice, I decided to forgo even looking at other companies and finalized my order with Freddy. The team was super communicative with the process and scheduling. No one showed up unannounced and the installation crew worked really hard and did a fantastic job! There was one small mishap - when removing my old gutters, a small portion of shingles were damaged. But, no hard feelings, I get that accidents happen. I told Freddy about it, and he immediately got it corrected (they sent a roofer to make repairs). The gutters look great and are holding up well, even in the heavy rain. There are no leaks and everything is working amazingly. Overall, great experience and I would definitely use this company again. If you're able to request Freddy specifically, I would recommend it. If he treats all customers this way, then I know he'll take care of you, and they'll do an amazing job

1st review I have ever left…read more I had install done and the team including the lead install manager did not complete as requested and left debris on the ground for me to pick up. they did come back out and correct issues. Now I have tried to set up estimate for other building. they have moved my appt one day back, and now I was just called they moved my appt back 8 days. called and there is nothing they can do??? they cannot handle the business.
