Before I point out a few negative things I would like to say there are some people at this facility…read morethat were kind, considerate and respectful! There were others that just wanted to collect a paycheck, they did not care for the people in their care unless they knew someone was watching them. I went to this site everyday for 2 months while my father was in hospice. They rarely cleaned the floor to the point I complained to management, management made excuses instead of addressing the issue. I witnessed a woman fall out of her chair and land on her face, they picked her up and put her at the table for dinner. I now know such a fall would be called a trauma silver and someone should of done a full head to toe inspection of her body, they did nothing while the woman cried while trying to eat. Many meals barely had any protein on the plate and most meals were cold. There were other issues.

There's so many things on the list that need to be changed with this facility, for one that food in…read morepictures are definitely three years old looks nothing like what they're served the residents items are coming up stolen you have employees that are miss handling the residence items, The access that residents have two each other's things as far beyond unacceptable there's not enough accountability I have a family member that has been there and I am not at all impressed with the community they don't do the proper training or correct analyzing when it comes to assessing to see which resident stays in what area because there's two parts of the area Watch the other half of the memory care the residents do not have access to the rest and some of them should not be there!

We were very disappointed with the care our loved one received from Memory Care at Maple Hill. On…read moremultiple occasions, the staff neglected to return clothing and bedding items to the proper rooms. We lost blankets and multiple clothing articles this way. The aides did not engage the residents or follow the scheduled activities. The nursing staff failed to comply with the doctor's orders to treat a physical condition in our loved one, even after multiple calls and reminders. This particular condition then spread and became nearly fatal. Maple Hill had our loved one transported to an Emergency Room with no identifying information, nor were they available to answer the ER doctor's calls for well over an hour. The ER doctor had no knowledge of our loved one's dementia and was able to recognize it only after our loved one had been put in restraints. Now that we have moved our loved one to a new home, Maple Hill is refusing to refund monies owed. We are very concerned for the other residents at Maple Hill-particularly those in Memory Care who cannot speak for themselves.

My wife and I moved into out two bedroom, 2 bath unit in January, 2022 and love living here. They…read morehave many activities scheduled on the calendar each month. Every week there is a musical program in early afternoon for entertainment and every Friday afternoon includes additional a program that including soft drinks, beer or wine and snacks. There is a small movie theater in building and workout room and craft room all located in that area. We have two parking places in the heated parking in the basement and there is a car washing space available it you want to wash your own car. It sure is nice to not have to clean snow off the cars when heading out of the building in snowy weather. They recently opened the woodworking shop for those desiring some small wood building projects. Just about any hand or power tools needed is in that shop. They recently have added several new staff members for many of the management jobs and we like what the staff members are doing for the residents for their comfortable living conditions. Some problems with the boilers in the basement which cause cool units because They are heated with heated floors but the new maintenance Department has gotten that problem solved.

This is a beautiful facility. The areas for socializing are pleasant and the dining space is well…read moreappointed. If you are looking for independent living the apartments are very nice. The main reason for two stars is connected to the services. We move my in-laws in to assisted living. They needed daily assistance but unfortunately staff just didn't show when they were supposed to and it was a challenge working through the billing. Calls go unanswered. If you need services I would not recommend this facility.
