What I liked about it initially was the great customer service and the cleanliness I mean clean. I was greated witha bright smile and warm hello by the young lady in the first chair. I went on to inquire about services and prices , the prices were really reasonable and she seemed very knowledgeable about hair and the condition of mine. The whole exchage just made me want to get my hair done right then. So she proceeded to shampoo my natural hair condition it and silk it for 35.00 dollars and when I tell you it looked good!! Bxquisit is the most friendly salon I've been in (and no, it's not because I'm from New York lol). I can tell everyone genuinely loves what they do and they're very pleasant. I came to house of creation in Snellville on Tuesday and paid $25 to get an appointment on Saturday…read moreat 8:30 AM. Shay told me that I could have the appointment and somebody would be there to do my jumbo box braids. I text Shamirra on Thursday to let her know that I made an appointment with her on Saturday at 8:30 PM and asked her if my hair needed to be wet or blow dry for Saturday. It is a holiday weekend and I got up at to the shop at 8:30 AM. I sat there for 15 minutes asked what time will Shamirra get to the shop. The lady at the front desk didn't know when she was able to get there. She had to call the manager which is Shay. I asked Shay to refund me my $25 so that I could leave and have my refund now. This is now 9:15 AM still no one was here to do my hair so disappointing then Shay said she would give me my money on a cash app. She had to go through her information to see if I can. and made an appointment. So at that time I had another appointment had to go to another salon to get my hair done, which only took an hour to braid my hair I went back to house of creation to get my $25 back at 1:30 PM so disappointing, but thank God I got my hair done
