So much so, we drive 45 minutes to get to her. My wife then decided to knock out two cuts, with one drive so to speak. She signed me up for a haircut at the same time as hers. My uncle & aunt owned a beauty salon for more than 55 years. He was still running and training ppl in his 80's. I used to work there in high school for a few extra dollars cleaning up, or being a hair model. So, I am a bit familiar with it. My uncle used my model cuts to properly train his stylists in how to use clippers, which size combs to use, how to not curve to the crown, placement of dryer cord, clipper cords, proper seat height for the stylist for best angles on the customer, etc... Haley does really great work. She is precise on her lines, knows how to do a clipper cut properly, and actually listens to the customer when they tell her what and how they want it cut, with what guards, etc. No sass like I constantly heard at other places. Are you sure you want to go that low, are you sure you want to leave a line instead of blending it? More importantly, Haley goes the extra mile. She hits the stray hairs on the ears, trims eye brows, hits the temple hair lines properly, goes lower on the neck. Give her a try, and you wont regret it.

I asked for a TRIM, emphasis on the word TRIM! and LONG layers with curtain bangs. My hair used to be down to my butt, now it is right below my chest. I really don't like people cutting my hair, but my relative came here before and had a decent experience, so I decided to come here as well. Jessica cut my hair. I told her to only cut about an inch off and even gave her a reference photo. I demonstrated with my fingers how much to cut as well. She said okay and started cutting right away. My hair ended up 8 inches shorter!!! The layers are so short and the bangs aren't even close to what I imagined. After the cut, I was sent to receive a shampoo. The man there did very well and it was relaxing with the massage. That was the only good part about this experience. After I was done shampooing, they both blow dried my hair then she started to put a hot iron on it--with no heat protectant. After that, she started cutting more again. It was uneven because she didn't even bother to fix my middle part after the wash. I asked her if she could fix my part, but she told me that it's okay and to just put it any kind of way. Seriously? I paid 60+ tip, which I shouldn't have even done. I didnt realize how short it was until I left. I screamed inside of my car because I was so angry. I was greeted very nicely and introduced to the stylist. the salon is peaceful and beautiful and welcoming. my stylist Bre, discussed what i needed although i registered on line for the appointment. I was taken back to the sinks and she did a wonderful, but quick wash. I have natural hair since the Pandemic but she did a great silk press. I was so pleased with it. My hair was so soft and flat that I was truly shocked and it didn't take all day. The style fit me although we had never met but it was wonderful. I'm going to come once a month and hopefully, use the same stylist. I noticed them doing color and they have a makeup artist. Tis the season.
