Brought in a $700 Co-Op bicycle got $100 for pawn and went back a month later to pick it up and the tire was flat. They got shitty with me and said oh well. They DO NOT accept bicycles with flat tires FYI but apparently they're good with returning them in that condition. Never going back. read more

My son and I decided that we wanted to go check out the pawn shops around town and Ed and Moes was our first stop. There music selection was awesome, quality used equipment at great prices. Perfect for my son who plays the guitar and has been looking to upgrade. I wish their jewelry selection was a bit larger but the gentlemen was great at showing me items and explaining the different prices because of materials and stones. not a bad shop, but the fat kid at the desk (a wanna be GB type) is not the friendliest, not a bad selection of tools and power tools, but the atmosphere in that place was real tense and depressing, so me and my boyfriend left and went to another place where we got what we were looking for with a much more friendly sales people, and we think, better prices and quality items. read more

We are going to be very honest here, and accurate, and honest is always the best...We spent hundreds of dollars at this store and, we were NOT treated with respect at this establishment, a heavy set man sitting behing the counter was very rude to us and snapped at us on a final price HE set, we assumed a pawn shop was a place of some degree of negotiating on a fair price, not with this place, at least not on the heavy mans shift. We also found damaged items that had very high prices on them, how could the staff and sales people there miss things like a damaged item with a very high price on it like that, and other incidents that were disturbing and stressful to us. Then they wrote us a email and threatened us with legal action for placing a review on what had transpired at their store on the day this man was rude to us and other things that we uncalled for. We have been loyal customers and spend A LOT of money at this place just to be treated disrespectfully and threatened, and for what, spending money at there place of business, buying over the years from them, and we have always been respectful to them and as fair as we could when we would inquire on a fair price. Of course they will try to deny all this and try to cover it up or threaten us even more, we and a lot of our relatives and friends know who is telling the truth here and when it comes to court the truth will come out.
