I was given quotes for a replacement system that seemed to be very high. I got quotes from several other companies that were significantly lower. However the tech from Reupert wanted to re-evaluate the system and the heat exchanger does NOT need to be replaced and Chris made several adjustment to allow the unit to run better. I will now use this company for routine service and for when I do need a replacement Reupert will be getting my business.

We called to have them come back out and were told that they would not be coming back because the guy adding Freon to my unit put his knee in dog poop and had to change his pants after our appointment. (yes I have 3 dogs that he was aware of and yes they poop in the yard from time to time). I'm not really sure how that's my fault that he didn't look before he put his knee in dog poop?!?!? RineAir shined above them all and WOW was I glad I did. A/C never goes out on a cool day so needless to say it was hot and humid. As business owners we research all major purchases. These folks looked great to us. Sadly, we needed repairs EACH year they stopped by to do our annual maintenance. By Fall of this year in 2024, they sent someone who didn't do annual wellness service care. We were stunned. He said no worries, I'll snap a few pics for the owner. We received a $2000 invoice saying the furnace needed another repair. We are loyal clients for Zimmer all these years. One of our business clients told us about Comfort Experts and Less the owner. We have never looked back. Less pulled out our owner's manual and showed us we were missing a very important sensor wire. My husband said that he agreed to take it off with the advice of Zimmer. Keep in mind, they were the ONLY ones to ever see our boiler furnace for repair. It took weeks to obtain all the parts missing from our furnace. Since their service the furnace purrs! It no longer switches on/off and is loud. Our home is WARMER and efficient. THE ONLY folks we recommend moving forward is Comfort Experts with Less at the helm. He KNOWS furnaces. Jennifer his Office Manager was able to calm us immensely from the process it took to bring back the smooth functioning results that they established with us. Two years ago, this company installed a brand-new AC unit for about $8,000. Just 13 months later,…read morethe unit broke down. When I called, they sent a technician who told me the repair would be covered under warranty and that I wouldn't be charged. However, after the repair, the unit broke down again less than a year later. When I contacted the company this time, they refused to come out unless I first paid an outstanding bill of $1,200--something I was never expecting based on what I had been told previously. When I asked why I was being charged, the representative explained that the warranty only covered the first year, and since the initial breakdown happened after 13 months, I had been billed for that repair. I then questioned how a $1,200 repair could be justified when the unit failed again so quickly afterward. The rep simply said this was "standard" in his experience, and "just the way it is". Overall, this has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I paid a significant amount for a new system, yet I've already dealt with multiple breakdowns and unexpected charges. Not what I would expect from a professional HVAC company.

He was a former technician so he knew the details of each system very well. He was as honest a guy as you would ever want to meet. Not only did he not try to upsell us on a more expensive unit, he emphasized that the intro level system was very suitable for our house and steered us away from higher priced options because the extra features and efficiency didn't justify the price difference for our needs. As it turned out, our furnace conked out around this time, so Rechtin got a tech out to us quickly to get our old system running until the new one could be installed. The installation took two days, and the team was superbly skilled and courteous. The price of the work was not just fair, but very competitive. I called early Saturday morning for a service tech to come check out what was going on with the furnace. Greater Comfort offered 24 hr service and answered immediately when I called. There was a service tech available 2 hrs from when I called. Jessie was polite, clean, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes and gave me great options. He offered other services but didn't try to upsell, or pressure me. this was the best experience I have had in a long time with a service company!
