Sorry it's taken me a minute to update... I didn't realize I hadn't…read more Bachman made everything right and in a very timely manner. A man called me, drove out from another location and helped correct the flashing issue himself (with help). He took one look at the work and agreed that it wasn't looking right. There aren't many businesses out there that will be honest and correct their mistakes like that. Even the guy that worked on it the first time apologized and said he felt so bad that he messed it up even after we talked. Everyone was so cool about it. And my flashing is looking great. I have had them back to check out my gutters and the roof. I trust them and will be using them for any future issues (though I hope I don't have to for a long time.)

I had a small roof leak in my home in Mickleton New Jersey. I reached out to High Point Roofing and…read moreBachman's roofing to inspect and get an estimate for repairs, not a new roof. High Point roofing came out and advised that the roof leak was due to my chimney not having a storm collar; however, they did not install storm collars. They advised i should have a storm collar installed and if that did not work they provided an estimate for $950 to replaced a small section of roofing around the chimney/area that was leaking. Bachman's roofing came out to inspect after high point came out. When reaching out to Bachman's, i was very clear that i needed a company to install a storm collar on my chimney. After their inspection they advised that the leak was not due to the storm collar and that i needed a new section of roofing where the leak was present or a whole new roof. They quoted me $13k for the small section that High Point quoted $950 for. While at my residence they also advised that they do not do small jobs. Not sure why they were there as i fully explained over the phone that it was a small job. From my interaction with the sales rep (felt like a used car sales pitch) it was abundantly clear that they were trying to get me to spend as much money as possible and not fix my issue. Ultimately i had Krise services install the storm collar for $400 (recommended by high point roofing). Just had a big rainstorm last night and guess what, no water intrusion whatsoever. I would 100% suggest getting multiple opinions if considering using Bachman's roofing. Disclaimer: I have absolutely no affiliation with high point roofing or Krise services.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Stay far away from this place. Contracted them to do a…read moredeck and patio door install at house. Job was quoted at just over $12000. The quote process is where I should have stopped. Took 2 or 3 weeks just to get the quote emailed to me. I would call, and Drew, the guy who runs the office(not very well , will get into him more later), would tell me he would send it out that day. I wouldn't receive it, let a day or two go by, call again. Same thing, "I'll send it today", still nothing. This goes on a few times. FINALLY I get the quote, accept it, and go put a down payment on the job. I'm told they're booking about 4 weeks out, no big deal. 4 weeks comes and goes, I hear nothing from them . So I call, ask for an update on the job status. "I can't give you one right now, I'll figure it out and call you back tomorrow ". Tomorrow comes and goes, no call. So I call a few days later, and am told they were four weeks behind due to all the rain that we had had. Ok, it did rain A LOT. So those four weeks go by, and i again I hear nothing from them. So I call again, this time to be told it will be about two more weeks because a work truck broke down....and another excuse. Those weeks went by, I called them at the end of it, because I heard nothing from them of course. Now I was told my job would PROBABLY begin at the end of the following week. Great! So now we are in the final week when work it supposed to begin on my project. As the days go by, I don't hear anything from them. Other companies would contact you prior to showing up so you would know when to expect them. Not this place, they don't contact you for anything. I called them that Wednesday, spoke with Drew again, and was told "I'm not sure what's going on, I will get back to you Friday". Friday of that week came, no call. I gave him until the end of the day, still no call so I called them. Had to leave a message because no one answered. Told them if I didn't hear back that day I would be stopping in on Monday. And just like that, Drew called me back. Not to tell me that my job would start, but to tell me that they had grossly and "mistakenly " under quoted my job by $10000 and wouldn't be able to do the job for the original agreed upon amount. So for three months I was strung along and given bull excuses. I think they knew what they did and just didn't want to fess up to it. Thanks for wasting my time. And as for the guy who runs the office, Drew, he seems like most of the time he could care less about the customer. Never had answers to anything, or a clue as to what was going on. Says he will call you back with answers, never does. Anytime you do get him on the phone, he usually would just end the conversation by abruptly hanging up at the end of it. Real treat to deal with. Again, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Very disappointed in this company. They came out to look at my job on September 16th. I never…read morereceived an estimate. I left 3 messages on their website and one voicemail. I finally got a text from Drew saying he would call me first thing Monday morning. Never happened. That was a week ago. This is so disappointing since I do believe that I am one of the consumers who keeps people like Drew employed. I'll take my money elsewhere! I've read the other reviews and that's great if they do good work but useless to me since they don't even bother to reply or respond to my calls/messages. While my deck job is only a 19x13 deck and likely a small job for them, I am a cash customer who is ready to start asap. I guess they don't need the work.
