It had a broken zipper, and she told me it was still under warranty. I offered to take it in to the Samsonite outlet store since I was going to be in the area. This suitcase was purchased 6 years ago, so I was expecting to be informed that the warranty had expired. However, the employee said that it was indeed still under warranty, and he would ship it to the repair center. He said they would ship it to our home after repair. Only 72 hours later the repaired suitcase was delivered to my front porch. It was good as new! And at no charge. This store has a very good selection of bags and accessories. Great customer service as well.

The quality of the clothes is higher that other stores in the mall. There are many fitting rooms and a helpful clerk to open the door for you and restock your rejections. For Black Friday sales everything was 60 percent off marked prices. If you sign up for their emails, you receive extra percent off certain sales. Today was extra 15 percent off.

The checkout clerk offered to check other stores for a shirt I wanted in a smaller size. I bought a couple things. I think if you join their rewards program, you get extra benefits, but I didn't want anymore stuff in my email. It's hard to get nearby parking unless you get there early.

When you walk in, the employees will often let you know about any extra sales or promotions happening that day, which can make the deals even better. We come here frequently, especially for the Nike store since my kids love shopping there. I was looking for stuff for my vacation, but didn't find anything in the Nike store. Over the years, I've noticed that some stores have come and gone, and it's always nice to see new additions. One of the newest and most popular stores is Lululemon. If you're planning a trip, it's worth checking the outlet's website beforehand for a complete list of stores so you can plan your shopping route.
