Our only critique would be lack of inventory. We found a sport jacket that worked and pants that would work with alterations, but not a shirt to pull everything together. Intimate- he greeted us right away with a care , great eye contact - and asked the right questions to my son about what style prom suit he wanted! He wanted the high ankle trend to be tailored - and I was so surprised the gentleman knew of this and he totally formed a upbeat rapport with my son! For him to speak to me in parent lingo but yet switch to that teenage lingo was amazing and it kept me comfortable as a mother! I got excited to buy the suit for my son he was able to manifest the prom outfit he wanted and felt comfortable in! Informative- he was very knowledgeable on sizing very willing to explain what it means to have the high angle tailoring - clear concise expectations on when the suit would be done! To my frustration, I discovered purchases and returns are all facilitated by one service line. There were only two cashiers working and probably 15 People in the line. I left and will return my items via UPS at my expense. I have been a loyal Kohls customer for years, but this is the last straw. If you are renting attire for a wedding or other special event, pick a different vendor…read more Their rentals are poor quality, the rental cost is high considering the quality of the items, their staff are not well trained, and you are expected to return the rental the day after the event or be charged late fee. Online vendors like Black Tie don't have an issue with you taking a little longer to return your items and you can find better quality items and more experienced and attentive staff at any one of the Halberstadt stores in Sioux Falls. You can likely buy a decent/fairly good looking suit for less than the cost to rent one from this store.
