There was amble parking and I was greeted warmly when I walked in, asked if I could be helped and was immediately directed to the variety of boots included in the sale. I was only in the store about 10 minutes before making my purchase and as they had three registers open, there was hardly any wait. I received a kind "Have a nice day" before leaving. I had one other store to run to and upon leaving that store, I realized that I couldn't find my smart phone. Panicky, I checked all over the second store to no avail, had a stranger assist in calling it and left my home number with the staff in case it was turned in. I knew I only had one other place to check and went back to Shoe Carnival. Again, I was greeted immediately by a different employee, Adrienne (I'm not sure if I have the spelling right) who asked me to describe my phone case and retieved it instantly with a kind smile. I could have cried! Thank you to Shoe Carnival, Adrienne and whoever turned in my phone. I am truly appreciative of this business and the trust I have in the staff here. I went from having a pleasant shopping experience to them making my day! Thanks again!

I've had to have them replaced twice and they replaced them with no hassle, and no further cost. They even allowed me to try a different kind support for a month but when I told them that my pain was returning, they put me back in the original type that was so successful. My husband was having hip pain and he tried it and the pain went away immediately. They are expensive but with the service and lifetime warranty, well worth it. Every salesperson that I worked with was very accommodating and followed through on all they said they would do.

When it came time to purchase them we went to the cash register and she was stating the prices of the little things that were included. She then turned her computer screen and showed me that the inserts were 499.00 (so I thought for the three sets). She did not once say the price out loud or my total price. She asked me to sign the credit card machine in which I did not see the total price but in my head I was thinking 500.00 for inserts, 160.00 for shoes and a few other items would be about 800.00. And then she handed me a sheet of paper and asked me to sign it. When I got to the car and my phone dinged for my credit card purchase I say it was 1800.00 not 800! OMG! I called the store immediately and of course the sales associate was sorry for the misscommunication but you are stuck with them. She never once said out loud that my total would be 1800.00. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She slammed something around. This exchange was an inconvenience to her. All she said to me was to move my items over to her checkout, which she did very rudely. When she was getting my pants off the hanger she unhooked it and slammed it at the bag. She did her job with much anger and little regard to the customer. Honestly, she should go to therapy.

The most recent purchase was a TV fireplace which is exactly what we wanted. Prices are fair as I haven't encountered anything so far over priced. I enjoy their holiday themed area which is stocked full of anything you could imagine. Every time I've asked a worker where something is they are always polite and helpful.
