Desde que llegué a sus puertas, frustrada luego de 3 estimados, y agonizando sobre cuánto iba a tener que pagar porque el que le pegó al auto no tenía seguro y yo no tenía que gestionar a través de mi seguro, Andrés Cortes me dio gran esperanza al buscar alternativas de piezas de calidad pero económicas. Se notaba que sabía de lo que estaban hablando y se notaba que el esmero, sin prisa, con toda la intención de proveer servicio al cliente de excelencia y profesionalismo. I was T Boned about 4 yrs ago and was recommended to diamond.... I advised them that my radiator was cracked or damaged as it was leaking when they towed it and there was fluid all Over the floor as well they insisted it was not 14 days later the car was ready for pick up as soon as we left the lot and got on the expressway the car started to overheat I called immediately and they told me to bring the car back we went back the next day having to stop let the car cool down and etc until we got there they looked at it supposedly and said there was nothing wrong with it again in the way home cars continuing to overheat the say lifetime warranty but they didn't even do that they literally dismiss us like nothing my husband ended up having to replace the radiator himself as the radiator was IN FACT DAMAGED!! Then the hood that was supposedly realigned wasn't on the expressway driving I notice the hood moving up and down immediately called was told to bring the car back we did and they basically insinuated that we had done something to the hood that that was not their fault or how they do business well let me tell you apparently it is! I took back the car 2 days ago as the car drivers side door was making a noise when closing the wind sounded like it was coming thru the door window and etc my husband only took the windshield panel off and saw wires were not taped or out together properly they were cut and all over the place we had been having to change the battery and the alternator battery 3 times and alternator 2 times! We were told to bring it in no problem supposedly the door was "replaced with a new door only to wind out when they pulled my file from the accident repair they put a used door they took the panel off immediately they said the speaker just dropped out of the door and it was want even the speaker that belonged to the car. that same day we had to rent a car to leave the car so they could go over it when they took the car the gentleman came back and said that wasn't work Diamond had done that someone else had touched the car after they repaired it! Again insinuating that we had done something to the car door that car had not been touched repaired or etc by anyone and never had another accident since then how are you gonna sit there and basically say I'm not saying your not telling the truth but your lying and someone has touched the car! They told me it would be fixed and no problems.... Now tell me how it takes 2 days you tell Me that you put clips fixed the wiring and etc as soon as we left the lot went to return the rental and close the door and sounds like something fell off broke or etc everytime the door was opened or closed it was making the same noise! Had to run some errands and my husband looks back to get my purse and notices the back panel had been removed and not out on properly now please explain what my back drivers side door has to do with the front door!! Why were and why did u touch my back door when there was no need we got home my husband had to take the a k door panel off to see that the clips were loose it hadn't even been put together properly like wtf and then in too if they have to then take the front door panel to see what it was that was going on.... He takes the door panel off the clips for the windows and locks wasn't even out together properly the screws were loose all they did was get all the wiring that was cut and loose and wrapped blk tape on there they also blamed us saying that the metal in the door was cracked and we had something to do with it but would repair it again my husband had already taken the panel off only to find again wires taped together and a bolt and a piece of metal that had come off from where they said they were going to fix it! I will never recommend Diamond to ANYONE!!! A company that supposedly prides themselves on their work and does half ass jobs then makes me wait to day to take up wires and put a bolt on the metal door made me waste $200 for renting an economy vehicle for 2 days so what was it that was really done with the car. O besides the free "soft wash" they did!! No reason to have kept my car for 2 days when before we even left to enterprise the panel was already off and has started working on it they made me waste $200 for no reason it was something that could have been done right there and then if that's all they were gonna do was out tape around the wires and then "fix the window and door" and that didn't even happen the window doesn't go down anymore its getting jammed just like it was before they actually took the speaker that was in the car and kept it threw it away or I don't know left those wires uncovered like really! It wasn't even worth the trip back to diamond for what more shitty service and being accused of doing damage to a door and bolts that require special tools is bullshit! God forbid ANYTHING were to ever happen to my car I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER EVEN BOTHER TAKING IT TO DIAMOND! read more

I took my car to Diamond after my car accidente, they took care of me quickly and very professionall. They were caring and empathetic to my situation. When I dropped off my car they were very detailed explaining the process and even called the car rental for me and arranged a pick up. Through the process Andres the business owner called me and kept me updated on the process and steps they were taking to fix my vehicle and the attention to detail was amazing, as I was dealing with a family emergency as well as the car issue I forgot to put gas in my tank and I do apologize for that and even with that they were understanding. Brought my car here following an accident I had - which I was reluctant to drive it this far. I just needed to get an estimate done. But because this wasn't for insurance purposes, they refused to do an estimate for me after I drove over 30 minutes to get there and after they told me they would do it over the phone! He told me to go to another bodyshop that was independent. He said there are places near by. When I asked where one was, he just told me "around the corner". I was not happy when I left. Worst company! I just picked up my car yesterday at 4:30 pm and got home around 5:30 pm , and the battery is drained. I went to turn the car back on 6:00 pm and it just keeps flickering and will not turn on. This battery is only about a year old. Customer service on the phone just argues says batteries just go dead out of the blue, ( they go dead if you leave a light or something on in the car while working on it) and says to bring it and they will check if it was their fault or I should just take it to where I got the battery. They will not pay for a jump or a tow. There was no issues before my battery up until I went to pick it up. Do not get your car fixed here they will drain your battery and just argue with you!! read more

I took my Mazda3 with a rear crash to Diamond and it was a huuuge mistake. The car was in their shop for over 2 months. They would call me to say that the vehicle was ready but every time there was something wrong or pending. They have zero quality control and they rush to finish the work but don't care for the quality of their work. If you care for your car don't bring it to this place, they don't care. Here are some of the issues (there was so many that I don't remember all) that I had to deal with, some of the issues were fixed after I noticed and complained, but other issues I am living with it: - Driver rear door sometimes open and other times doesn't open (they tried to fix it several times but they couldn't, so they asked me to take it to the dealer to see if they could fix it) - Poor paint job everywhere (see picture attached, they repainted the car I don't know how many times and they still didn't get it) - Several interior and exterior scratches due to workers lack of care and protection with their tools - Loose interior parts (again nobody checked anything and we - customers - have to check all details since they don't do their job) - Spare tire parts/tools missing (again, after I noticed and complained, they ordered and provided it) - Replaced rear car logo for an used and old one (again, that's their strategy, they try and if customers don't notice, it pass) - Replaced rear wipers for used old one (they changed my rear door for an used door and consequently I inherited old wipers, old blades and an old car logo) - Bumper not attached properly (same thing) - Rear glass crooked (same thing, nobody notices until you do) - Passenger door stainless trim damaged ( I noticed, complained and they changed) - Door rubber ripped, probably they replaced it for an used from another car (same thing, nobody notices until you do) - Front crash left behind (front of the vehicle had a superficial crash but they didn't do anything because they "forgot") This is just some examples but there are more. I promised them I would not do a bad review IF they would finish their crap work properly, but if you are reading this review is because (after more than 7 trips back and forth, after more than 2 months in the shop and after approximately $16k spent) they did NOT finish it. I gave them all the time needed, all the money that they asked, all the patience that I have. Unfortunately I can not stay quiet and let them do the same thing with other people. Bottom line, if you like your vehicle and you want to have peace of mind, go somewhere else. read more

Then I had to call them towards closing time to ask for my car to which they then told me it won't be done until the following day in the morning. The next day comes and I get a phone call in the morning telling me they misquoted me and that it will now be $800 and the car won't be done until 2 pm . Boyfriend's vehicle has been in the shop since November. Insurance company paid them and the car still hasn't been repaired. I paid them a visit personally in early January and was told the part was ordered but on back order and that the vehicle would be ready for pick up no later than 3 weeks. It's been over a MONTH. My boyfriend contacted them by phone last week and was told that the part was out of stock and that if he begged to differ, to go get it himself. So we went from "waiting for a part" to "there is no part". We contacted a news station who contacted them. Suddenly, the part miraculously appeared and was ordered. Body shop informed us that the car would be ready by this week. 8 days have passed since that conversation and the body shop has informed us that the car is still being repaired. I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON but they have definitely deceived us. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I do not understand why it has taken so long to have a vehicle repaired, and the lies and contradictions have been outrageous. Dissatisfied is an understatement and we intend on suing this business for negligence as my boyfriend has been without a car and a JOB for over 3 months no thanks to this body shop. John, if something is not done soon, expect repercussions. The events that have played out during the course of the last month have been ridiculous and inexcusable. read more

I gave them one star because I couldn't give them zero. This place is garbage. They do sloppy work and take huge amounts of time. They had my car for a month and their follow up was non-existent. I had to call them in order to find out how my car was doing. As far as work is concerned, I have panels underneath my car and instead of clamping them these pigs threw on some painters tape and gave me my car back like that. They even gave me back my car without the windshield wipers properly fastened. If you have All State like I do, find yourself another shop. read more

Ricardo and staff were professional and made this experience pleasurable notwithstanding the reason for the body work to my Mini Cooper. I left my wallet at home after taking an Uber to get to the shop. One of their staff drove me home to collect my wallet and drive me back to the shop so I can pay for the excellent work they did and drive my car home. They also performed an alignment at no cost. Don't use this body shop they cheaped it out big time on my car to protect Progressive Insurance and did not honor damage to my car that was done by the other driver. They charged the insurance company for a new hubcap on my car and "banged" out the old one and put it back.
