Doesn't do what he promises 2. Unprofessional 3. cost us the sale of our house 4. constantly lying regarding the transaction 5. gave us bad advice when it came to picking a buyer since he didnt do a background to see if they were qualified. 6. dishonest practice 7. the escrow company he picks is part his but he says its not. so your transactions do not go thru a neutral party (integrity first escrow) 8. he didn't have our best interest on hand the buyer he got us was part of his scam 9. almost left us homeless and stranded out of state because of his dishonesty concerning our transaction. Needless to say we got lucky cause someone last minute came to our neighbors door and left their card, we basically called the new buyer and verified they could buy our property. Even after we verified not him us, when we verified and knew they could afford our house Omar advised against it and almost cost us the second buyer too. The tenant they placed in my property stopped paying rent early in the lease and remained in the home for months during the eviction process. Throughout this time, communication was poor, concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, and important property management responsibilities were overlooked. I later discovered issues involving lease compliance, move-in documentation, maintenance concerns, renters insurance verification, and unauthorized pets that were not properly addressed. The lack of oversight ultimately resulted in significant property damage, financial loss, and unnecessary stress. When I finally regained possession of my home, it was left in poor condition and required extensive cleanup and repairs. I hired a property management company to protect my investment, but based on my experience, Nabeel and Cassie failed to provide the level of management and accountability I expected. I would not use their services again and would encourage other property owners to do their research before trusting them with their property.

Unfortunately, my family's experience with this company was far from positive. They represented our…read morelandlord, and instead of acting as an effective middleman, they often added to the confusion. There was constant miscommunication between the landlord, the management team, and myself. I'd get calls directly from the landlord even though I was told management was handling things -- clearly, they were not. One of the major issues we dealt with was recurring electrical problems in the home. Management acknowledged that the main light box (where the house receives its electricity) needed to be replaced, yet they allowed it to remain unfixed for an extended period. Many of the other issues in the house were also not addressed in a timely or professional manner. Despite always paying rent on time -- and even fixing several things out of my own pocket -- we felt completely abandoned as tenants. The workers they sent out were never from reputable companies; they were more like temporary handymen doing the bare minimum to get things working -- until it all broke down again. While management did at least answer their phones, they rarely took meaningful action to solve problems. They failed in their role as intermediaries between us and the landlord. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company based on our experience. Their lack of follow-through and care made our time renting with them very difficult.
