Never received the deed to my house because they never gave the escrow company my mailing address -…read morebut used theirs instead! Since my address was never on file, I had to pay late fees on my property taxes. After several calls to the office to get the deed - a year later, I have yet to receive it nor do they return my calls. They were very unprofessional. The escrow company blames them & visa versa. I still don't know to whom I am to pay the "other JCS taxes" to that they said I had to pay separate from the property taxes. Once they have been paid don't expect them to do ANYTHING else, even if it is their job.
