Don't go here if you want your clothes back. I brought a few pieces of clothing for a trip I was going on to be cleaned. I went to pick up the next day and they lost part of what I brought in. I had already paid for the service before I got home and realized it was missing, drove all the way back for them to take a picture of my receipt and say they'd let the owner know and he would "definitely get back to me". It's been two weeks I've heard nothing from the owner, couldn't wear my outfit on my trip, and now have to rebuy the set they lost. Not to mention one of the small marks on my top didn't even come clean after their services. read more

Terrible customer service, rude staff - pick another place to go. Dropped off a suit and a dress shirt for a family member to be buried in, was very specific how important this was. During pickup they lost the pocket square scarf and said it was our fault because we didn't tell them we wanted it cleaned. We brought clothes to a dry cleaner, do we really need to say we need it cleaned? That's the whole reason we are in your business. If you do not say that apparently they just throw the item away and tell you too bad. read more

Dimples is incredibly overpriced and does not have transparent pricing. On my first and last visit to Dimples I brought in 5 work dresses for cleaning. These dresses did not have a special fabric or detail that would cause them to require special care. When I picked up the dresses the bill was $55. Why would it cost over $10/ dress to dry clean? I have never been to a cleaners with this ridiculous pricing. They do not provide itemized receipts so I have no idea how they got to this number. I did try to call to ask about pricing but have not been able to get anyone on the phone, though I called during normal business hours. Update: I finally got through to someone regarding pricing. Basic dresses cost $10.22/dress. One of my dresses had a belt. They charged an extra $1.00 for cleaning that. read more

First time getting my suit jackets dry cleaned and everything went very well. I dropped them off, was told to come back and get them in a day, picked them up and everything looked great. They were on a better hanger than what I brought in, wrapped in plastic. The service was quick and easy. The total for two suit jackets was about $15 which is a good price in my mind. read more

Everyone here is nice, so it's a shame that they messed up almost everything I brought them. After two chances, I came away with various damaged pieces. My silk blouse now has a tiny hole in it (they obviously used an abrasive cleaning mechanism on it or pressed it), the zipper on my dresses were smashed and now very hard to zip, button on my button down shirt was broken, and they lost the tie on another one of my blouses. Do not use this place for high end clothing. They are not experienced with expensive fabrics. read more

Do not come here. They take way too long to get your stuff back to you and the customer service is unfriendly and rude. I dropped off a tuxedo shirt i needed for a wedding on Wednesday and paid extra to have it by Saturday 1pm. I show up on Saturday 2pm and the lady Rhonda tells me it will be ready on Monday. Does not apologize and tells me she can't contact the facility or her manager who's in Orlando and proceeds to yell and tell me I'm wrong when my receipt says "ready for pickup Saturday at 1pm". Dont come here if you have anything important. I had to go to Nordstrom's and pick up a New shirt for $85 and have them steam it and will probably have to pay these jerks $4 for my rushed order of 1 shirt for nothing. This establishment is off Howard directly across from the Lodge in a plaza next to A Dog Care place, New York Pizza, and Jimmy Johns. There is limited parking on site. This establishment does not clean your garments onsite. They merely store the ordered items here and send them off to a warehouse. read more

Now, ten years later, we are still using Dimples and wouldn't go anywhere else. They take great care of our clothing and always return things my husband accidentally leaves in his pockets.
